I don’t think I need anything with higher BTUs. This burner gets my wok screaming hot! The first time I added oil, it was hot enough that the Avocado oil caught fire almost immediately. I’m not a wok-cooking expert, but this does exactly what I need it to do—cook fast and hot. It’s also compact, sturdy, and easy to put away when I’m finished. For the price, I’m extremely happy with it. I would absolutely recommend it and wouldn’t hesitate to buy it again.

Very happy with this item. More than enough power for my needs. And it is versatile - use as a wok; or with a pan or skillet. Very portable with a carrying handle. Only initial downside was the location of the burner control down at the regulator/tank level. This item is excellent. Great quality well built and throws out some heat. Great for the wok. Good durability and great value for the money. Probably can use for other things. Will have to try it out for cooking ideas

Freakin' amazing. More than powerful enough to get that true wok hei flavor. Very fairly priced for what it does and is. Only minor issue i could see is it gets so hot the paint starts to burn off of the wok ring after a couple dozen uses. If it starts to bother me, I will repaint with grill paint.

I set it up on my BBQ grill outside, to avoid unpleasant smoke inside. It is about the right height for stir-fry and deep-fry. And the large grill surface catches whatever spills over. The grill cover also provide protection against rain and dust. I am pretty happy about this setup. The gas stove itself provides plenty of firepower I need for stir-fry, and it heats up quickly for deep-fry. I am generally satisfied with the performance. There are a couple issues I wish can be improved: 1. Lack of fine adjustments. I can get strong flame but very difficult to keep the flame low to maintain a constant frying temperature. I wish it had a flame control knob. 2. Heavy soot built up on cookware. The propane seems not burn up cleanly. A lot of soot is built up at bottom and side of the cookware. It is a mess to clean up. This is not a wood stove, it shouldn't happen.

I have cooked one Chinese meal and one Thai meal using this stove and while it is not perfect it is impressive and it does the job. The construction is top-notch for the price. I've had others for wok cooking but this is the best built model I've had. It's made of steel not cast-iron so that's an improvement over past versions I have had. The only complaint I have about it is that the sides are not covered and so a lot of heat shoots out the side. So much heat that they should provide a longer hose so that your tank can be further away. I have taken to placing bricks on their side around the unit so that it does not damage my utensils or melt my bottles or singe my arm hairs. This is not a perfect solution because this thing consumes a lot of oxygen and the sides are where that oxygen comes from. I haven't decided on my ultimate solution, it will take a little bit of fiddling and testing but I'm sure I can come up with something. It provides all the heat you need for proper wok cooking and is a well built and stable unit. So it gets a five from me.

This thing puts out some BTU’s! I hardly crank it up and and it heats my wok up quick and in a hurry. Love the unit.

UPDATE - the company reached out to me via email, AFTER I left a one-star review telling me that the new regulator mailing label had been destroyed in their machine and that's why they didn't send it out right away. The sent the new regulator and also gave me $20 back from my purchase for the hassle. The new regulator works perfectly and with the actual ability to control the gas flow, I was able to make some great dishes with the wok. Since I'm seeing others say their regulators were broken upon arrival and knowing you can't return this item directly to Amazon - be prepared to potentially have to contact the seller and go through this process. Giving this a one star currently until their customer service comes through. This comes with a hose that creates the power for the burner and that hose also has a regulator. Based on reviews and my own experience, the regulator doesn't work. For mine, when the regulator is set to closed and no gas should be coming through, it comes through at full power. No matter how much the dial is turned or disengaged, gas is flowing. The first time that I light the gas, it burned all the hair off of my arm because gas is pouring through immediately and powerfully. Due to this item having that regulator and hose, it can't be returned to Amazon. I reached out to Concord's customer service (via email) and asked for a new regulator and hose to be sent to which they did reply and said they would - that was almost two weeks ago and I still haven't received it. If they do indeed send it and it works, then I will change my review to be five stars as the unit works very well. However, without the ability to regulate the flow, you are running at full gas flow and that often would set fire to the oil in the wok.

En sí el quemador está bastante bien, práctico y de buena potencia; lo malo es el regulador (chino) y la manguera de mala calidad, no había tenido oportunidad que probarlos por el adaptador; que por cierto no dice que necesita uno, pero el regulador varias veces hizo fuga de gas mientras usaba el wok y a los días la férula de la manguera empezó a fugar gas, bastante peligroso por la cuestión de no está bien sellados. no deberían incluir algo de baja calidad y mejor reducir el costo.

Works great! All i could ask for with it would be a foot pedal. Throws amazing heat to your wok. Ill get a foot pedal attachment later. Happy with my purchase

I love it. Almost perfect but the gas gauge needs some getting used to specially in the low range as the dial's sensitivity between simmer and off is very short. Other than that, still deserves 5 stars

In general a good product . To bee seen while using…Gas flow is not very easy to control: very high great but difficult to get it to lower levels… I guess it’s good enough for the price.
