Very flexible
Bought this for pain in my neck and shoulders. Worked pretty well for that, but now I'm using it for arthritic pain in my hands and that works even better. Doesn't stay cool quite as long as I would like but the velcro works very well. Very soft and moldable.

Great ice pack for knees
This ice pack was perfect for after knee surgery. It wraps well, is comfortable and had great coverage. I highly recommend!

Perfect ice/heat pack
Fantastic belt. Going to buy another one. It is soft easy to put on. Fast to heat up and perfect for my needs. 30 sec is ok 45 sec is really hot. Haven’t tried the ice pack part but no doubt about it being soft just as I want it.

It does what its supposed to do
If you suffer of back pain, this helps. I cannot say that there is any magic behind it, though it works as intended. I purchased a number of those over the years and eventually the beads get out and you dump the whole thing, but hey ...

Ruptured immediately on removal from freezer.
This ruptured upon first use. Lots of small gel balls flew all over the kitchen. Never order this!!!!! There are better products on Amazon.

Better than peas
I’ve been using a bag of peas for all my gym-related ailments, the most-recent of which is my ankle. The peas were constantly sliding off. I wanted an ice pack that was flexible & would stay in place. This ice pack fits the bill. Of course, it doesn’t quite mold to the skin as well as a bag of peas, but it’s close enough. I wrapped it around my ankle & it stayed in place. It’s very cold. It stays cold for at least 20 minutes, which is the longest I’ll keep ice on me. The soft side is very nice, but the pack is cold enough that sometimes I still need cloth between my skin & the ice pack.

Don’t leave in car!
I have really bad hot flashes so I used this for my SECURITY job and would wear it underneath my shirt. It worked great and it freezes pretty fast to be able to reuse. The only downfall to it is I left it in my car in between and basically the beads started disintegrating And a hole opened up. Of course this happened right after my return time was up so I only got a little over a month use out of it.

Versatile hot or cold pain relief
I bought this when I had lower back pain and it really helped. I heated in the microwave and place it where I needed it. Can also be used for cold therapy.
