Walton50005 #5 Pipe (NPT), Stud And Screw Extractor

I highly recommend this tool! We tried other interior pipe wrenches unsuccessfully and this tool, while a little more expensive worked the first time and save us in plumber fees. We used it to remove a 1/2” piece from the shower. We did first try the Walton #4 but it was too small for us, and the #5 was the right fit!

This is the extractor you need to remove stripped Symmons Temptrol seat-(TA-4) behind Temptrol shower valve (TA-10) cartridge, works wonderfully! Use carefully, you don’t want to damage any threads inside valve assembly.

I was watching a video and this tool was recommended. I first tried other tools and found that I could not extract the pipe from the other pipe. I used this and it was extracts in just 3 seconds.

Saved me! Wife was getting nervous and thought I was in too deep after the Symmons took failed to remove the hot seat. This was my ace in the whole. It took some muscle but I was victorious at the end.

Comes in a case to protect it. I tapped it a couple of times and it removed the broken pipe easily.

Saw the tool on a You tube FYI repair video. Worked perfectly. And cost less than a plumber.

Shower head broke off and this tool backed it out no problem. Very impressed with how well this worked and saved me from having a plumber out.
