I do not get a good dough rise with this yeast with or without warm water. Am I doing something wrong or does this yeast needs more amount added?

Hi! Since this is instant yeast, you do not need to add water to activate it. You can simply add it straight to the dough and it should do its job. You could experiment with more amounts of the yeast to see if that helps.
