Best bread yeast ever
I just made bread with the scratch gold yeast and it works great. Much better than my usual bread yeast. My bread raised higher and tasted much better. My new supplier.

Quick rise
I have been using other yeast products for years. The first time I used Scratch Brand, I got a quicker than usual rise. The bread was wonderful, and the next two times I used it, the same rise and finished loaf. It usually takes 2 hours for the first rise. This was ready in one. The recipe I use calls for 60 to 90 minutes first rise, but previously has taken 2 hours. I am very pleased with this yeast.
