These are not a familiar brand name to me, but the product speaks for itself.They are very well manufactured, and I particularly like the thumb operated dial on the handle so that you can set you own temperature from 60 through to 200.It also has a switch at the bottom of the handle to keep the flat iron closed when hot.The ends of the straighteners protect the fingers really well, so you don’t burn them which I also like.The item comes in a nice presentation box and includes a cloth protection sleeve which has a pull top cord closure.It also has a few extras that I was not expecting. You get two hair clips to hold back the hair whilst using the flat iron and a glove to protect your hand from heat or burns whilst in use.Full instructions are provided on this nice quality item.I am very impressed on the feel of these hair straighteners on my hair and would recommend.Good value for money.

Ceramic hair straighteners that do the job as intended, first thing we noticed was how quickly these heat up and if needed cool back down, the tongs have a heat control dial and display and its easy to accurately and reliably set the temperature as needed for the style your reaching for.Set includes hair straighteners, a heat resistant glove, a couple of clips to control your hear and a felt storage pouch.These worked as well as the leading brand and heated up faster.

I have long straight hair that is very fine, these straighteners did a good job of finishing my hair after blow drying.The fact the cord swivels 360 degrees really helps when you are trying to do your own hair, especially if you use these to create some curls.It actually created better curls than my old straighteners as this iron has a curved top design.They heated up quickly, a must for me as I am always in a rush in the morning!I appreciated the fact it comes with a storage bag, great for travel and for keeping the dust off when not in use and there was also two sectioning clips and a heat resistant glove.Very good for the price.

The first thing I do with any unbranded electrical item from online marketplaces these days is check the fuse. Sure enough, despite the fact that these straighteners should have been fitted with a 3 amp fuse, they contained a 13 amp one. This means that if something were to go awry, this straightening iron could overheat and cause a fire. The correct fuse, however, would blow, thus preventing the iron becoming a hazard.Once fitted with the correct fuse, I found that these straighteners don't actually work very well on my long, thick hair. They may be okay for fine short or medium-length tresses but I don't think they are suited to anything else.I'm also not convinced that the temperature readout is accurate. These just don't seem to get as hot as my 20 year-old GHDs or my Cloud9 straighteners. That said, they are a fraction of the cost of the premium brands, so I wasn't expecting them to be as good. Even so, they could be better.Furthermore, I don't feel that the design is well-thought out, either. The temprature control is exactly where the iron needs to be held in order to close the plates, so it's very easy to inadvertently change the heat setting.Lastly, the gloves are useless. They are not heat proof, so if a novice were to use them, thinking they would be protected, they could be in for a very painful surprise.Overall, I don't feel comfortable recommending this straightening iron. My advice would be to pay a little more, and buy a reputable brand instead.

These hair straighteners have a clear digital temperature readout. They are fast to heat up, the temperature can be easily adjusted with the dial on the side of the handle. The ceramic plates are smooth, the lead turns 360 degrees which prevents the lead from getting caught. The plates are not too long or wide so great for long or short hair and fringes. Handy glove to prevent burns.Decent quality considering the price.

These straighteners are great value for money. I wanted these for a trip away and at the current price, I wasn't expecting too much but I'm really happy with them. They work well on my hair.Variable temperature up to 200 degrees which is good, not just a few pre-set temperatures.Quick heat up time.360 degree rotating cable is helpful.Comes with a nice bag and a glove also.

These come well presented in a cardboard box complete with a (single) glove, 2 hair clips, a storage bag and the straighteners themselves. One stand out feature is the swivel power cord which is perfect for hair straighteners as it ensures that they do not get tangled or twisted in use. As another reviewer mentioned do check the fuse - for some reason the manufacturer has opted for a 13a fuse which is overkill - in the small chance of a fault 13a is a lot of current before the fuse will protect the device and/or cable - it really should be 3a given the expected power consumption.The is a useful clip at the base which keeps the together which is great for storage and I really love the rotary switch to turn them on and select your operating temperature. Once you select a temperature the LCD display alledgedly shows the current temperature as it heats up although I am not convinced this bears any relation to the actual temperature though as it seems to count up and down at a really consistent rate if you adjust them. So double check the temperature is right before using. The temp is evenly distributed checking using an IR camera which is great and according to my wife they are really smooth without any 'grabbing' like her older ones.For £20 a really good buy, just check the fuse which is why I have knocked 2 stars off.

High quality straighteners. They don't take long to heat up. A small LED display to chow how hot they are which helps, so you know when they are ready to use. A great price as well. They straightened my hair with no problems. I like the bag and the gloves it comes with. It also comes with two clips to hold the hair in place. Excellent value for money.
