Great price for performance. Great screen. Nice keyboard.
Great battery life. Super light. Great screen. For the price it has excellent performance. We have maybe 8 laptops in the house (in addition to a couple of fixed desktops). This is my favourite.

great laptop screen, except for flickering on full screen video streaming
Its everything I want. a light tablet with a stylus and a great oled screen. But there's one problem, and I don't know if my is just defective, but when I watch youtube on full screen, it flickers once every minute or two, doesn't happen otherwise. Its very strange.

Excellent performance and form factor
Upgraded from a 6-year-old Asus laptop to this LG. Absolutely a joy to use. I don't have much use for the stylus, but it works fine. Newest generation integrated graphics are plenty powerful for me to "stream" games via Luna. Cinebench score was very good due to high parallel processing performance. Screen is gorgeous...easily the best laptop screen I have ever used. I recommend this laptop.

Noisy fan, keyboard not centered
This is a decent laptop, I bought it for around $1000 and at that price it's a decent value. I returned this laptop twice for a noisy/whiney fan, on the 3rd one it still had a noisy fan so I'm guessing this is just the design of the laptop. You can use a software setting to keep the fan off, at the cost of throttling the CPU. The primary benefit of the laptop is that it's very light for such a big touchscreen. Other than that, it's a decent laptop with a couple of drawbacks which I'll list out below.Pros:- Very light for a 16in touchscreen (~3.3lbs measured on my not-too-accurate weight scale)- Nice touchscreen with good resolution (better than FHD)- Price was nice at the price-point I bought it at- USB-C charging (no specialty charger needed)Cons:- Noisy fan (high pitched whining sound), after going through 3 different units I decided it's just a design flaw- Keyboard is not centered, it's offset quite far to the left which makes it quite awkward to type on it- A little thicker than I thought it would be, but maybe it's because of the touchscreen.Overall, it's not a bad laptop, I wish the fan were quieter and the keyboard was centered.

Love it!
I upgraded from a large, heavy laptop about 6 years old. I love this computer! It is fast, light and the screen is very clear. Performance is excellent. I like it a lot. Good value for the money.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND - SELLER AND PRODUCT
I received the computer and it was beautiful. The touchscreen not the pen worked. Also, the adapter was missing, not I didn't care about that because I have so many of them bc I'm a tech "junkie"). I did a day's worth of troubleshooting (replaced the pen battery, contacted LG directly, etc). Turns out the manging was missing some drivers that weren't available for download online. LG said I would need to bring it or ship it to LG directly to have it fixed. I contacted the seller and they readily approved a return. I bought the same computer from the seller immediately. I'm waiting on a refund for the original machine. I received the new machine and so far everything seems to work. I understand things happen, but the seller was very communicative and helped me right away.

Lemon from Day 1
Nothing but problems with this laptop from Day 1. Called LG the day I got it and had to re-install Windows. Problems with speed, peripherals, connecting to the Wi-Fi, you name it. Finally gave up and created a return and Amazon only allows UPS pick-up for items over $1500. No time window. UPS attempted once then stopped trying. Amazon promised UPS would try again and leave a return label if they missed me. Neither happened. It has been 10 days since I created the return and still no way to return it and get a refund, and refusal by Amazon to simply let me drop it off at one of there MANY options in my metro area.
