I love these stamps one reason it’s because they’re all together. You don’t have to look for several stamps and it’s also easier to organize them. they work great and stamp well.

At my job we had been running into issues where invoices were marked as paid with no details about HOW the invoices were paid. This became an issue when the bookkeeper was trying to match payments to invoices and didn't know if they should be looking for a matching credit card charge, paypal, check, or cash payment. So I had been looking for a simple solution that would allow everyone to stamp the paper once and have it not only notate the invoice as paid but would also note the form of payment.This stamp set is a unique design. Instead of a bunch of separate stamps, these are all stacked into one. It's a great way to ensure that all of the stamps are kept together, rather than getting separated or lost. They are all clearly labeled so that you can just lift off the one you need to use, stamp your paper, and then clip it back into place.You do NOT need to remove the stamp from what's above and below it - you only need to remove it from whatever is beneath it to expose the stamp you want to use. In other words, if you need the stamp on the bottom, you can pull the base off and leave the rest of the stamps stacked above it. You also have the option to stack them in the order that works best for your workflow.The stamps are a nice size that are easy to spot on the paper without overtaking anything. The ink is a bright red color that contrasts and jumps out against the paper. I didn't have any issues with smudging or getting ink on my hands. They are nice cut so that they stamp clearly.It's important to note that while you are supposed to be able to get thousands of impressions out of these stamps, there's no way that I can see to refill them. So I suspect that once they run dry, that is it (I could be wrong, this is just my personal assumption, based on the design).While I really like having all the different payment options in one stack, I do find that from an efficiency standpoint, I prefer the self-inking stamps that you push down on (where the stamp is facing upward until you push down - then it flips around to face the paper and leave its impression). This stamp stack is a little more tedious to use, so that's something to keep in mind.It also includes a little plastic case, though I don't see why you would ever need to use that (unless you were traveling with this stamp and wanted to ensure that it couldn't come apart and leave ink stains on other items).I don't think the price is out of line when you factor in that you are getting several stamps in one, but I also think that for the price, you'll want to be sure that this is what you want.

Easy to use and like that they stack to store all compact together. Easy to read to keep records for my small business.

I gave this 5 stars because it preforms as advertised with all the gimmick of a compact and portable desk stamper with options. I wanted to give it 4 stars because I don't know how, or even if you can refill these. It feels like they will work for a while until they don't and you just pitch em? I don't know. But they do work as shown. It takes a bit of trial and error before you get the right pressure down to have a clean imprint without the edges showing, but once that's mastered, they are clean and neat. You also need to stamp with them on a smooth level surface. Overall, very handy for a small business using QuickBooks and handing out paper receipts from time to time.

Got these stamps to help me with invoices around the business. They stack neatly together and came in a plastic box that also seals. The stamps are individually labeled so you know what you are stamping without having to look at the bottom. The ink is red and it doesn't take much pressure at all when using them.

I'm an accountant that does quite a bit of bookkeeping for clients. I needed a stamp that said PAID CHECK with a line, box or a number sign to indicate the check #. I settled for this as there wasn't one available with what I wanted. I just write the check # next to the word "check". I also use it for the PAID CASH stamp.I'm really impressed by how clear the stamp imprint is. Normally it takes a lot of maneuvering to get it to be clear or not to miss letters in the wording. I've had no issues whatsoever with this stamp. I like that there are so many options in one and that it comes with a case. I've used this quite a bit with no fading yet.
