Bag snob who LOVES this bag!
Let's start by saying I am very picky bag snob. I also love sling style bags. I just got my bag today as promised, thank you Prime. My thoughts on this bag? I friggin' LOVE it! Most sling bags come with straps that are way too short. I'm not skinny and I am female, so I have parts that require a strap that is long enough to be comfortable. This bag has a very long strap so you can adjust it to fit even a very tall person, a husky person, I'd dare say this strap will fit pretty much 99% of the body types out there. This was perhaps the #1 most important feature for a bag. Well done! I was also skeptical of the fabric. In the photos it appears like it is almost like a flimsy parachute silky thing type of fabric. Have no fear, the fabric has a nice weight and texture to it. I'd suspect it is water resistant enough and wouldn't hesitate putting my tablet or eReader in it during a good rain. It also has an inside lining for extra protection and to give it some body. I purchased the gray with green trim and personally I love it. It's more of a black base with white dots/checking giving it a gray appearance. And I'm a sucker for the hot green trim. Speaking of the green trim, you can also find it throughout the interior of the bag outlining the interior pockets for style, which also helps you see where your pockets and pen holders are considering the inside lining is black. Again, well done! As for the size and pockets, this is a very good sized bag. I'd suspect you could put a netbook in it, along with a tablet and eReader. Inside there are also several pockets for organizing and a small zippered pocket which will be especially appreciated by women for securing "personal" items. You know what I'm saying ladies. You will find a large open pocket at the back of the main compartment. A medium and small pocket at the front of the main compartment, along with 3 slots for pens/markers, and the zippered pocket I mentioned a bit ago. Plus of course a large interior open space. And the cursory headphone outlet. Good job! Lots of exterior easy access storage, too. A rear zippered for easy access, and two zippered pockets on front, and a small magnetic flap pocket that would fit a smart phone quite nicely. There is also the pouch for a water bottle with a nice barrel lock to snug it into place. I prefer this to the mesh type of water bottle pockets that some bags have and get snagged on everything. Love the hook at the top of the bag so I can easily hang the bag to keep it off the floor, hang it on the back of the bathroom door stall, or the back of my car seat. Zippers are sturdy enough and have nice long pull tabs on them. Sweet! My only dislikes are the tacky rubber and leatherette patches on the front. It's like they found a tag on a U.S. made mattress and thought that the words must have said something cool. Seriously, the patch on the pocket says "not to be removed until delivered to the consumer." And it's sewn on and riveted on, so it's not like you would want to remove it as it would damage the bag. It's clear they thought the words would be stylish. Luckily, no one will be able to read it while you are wearing it as the writing is stamped on and not in a contrasting ink. If you're going to write stuff in English, at least check with someone native to the language to understand what words would be "cool" and culturally appropriate to the audience purchasing the product. Phew, awkward. Overall, I totally dig this bag and think you will, too!

If you are just going to be packing a few things the bag is perfect. For instance
So I purchased this sling bag early 2016. So this has been my daily carry for 2 years now. What I was originally looking for: Essentially a sling bag (as i found myself always just using one strap) with the interior dimensions more similar to a backpack. I wanted to be able to fit my laptop but also have room for a jacket and a book or other misc items. In this purpose the bag has held up remarkably and has done very well. If you are just going to be packing a few things the bag is perfect. For instance, I work remotely and sometimes like to go to starbucks to work. Grabbing the computer and a few small things like that this bag is perfect. The 3 pockets in the front are perfect for glasses, headphones, ID, ect. Very well thought out and the back compartment is very roomy for a sling bag. This bag has done everything i wanted it too and has held up with little damage the two years ive used it. And for that it deserves 5 stars. While i really do want to stress that the bag is a great buy for the above scenario- I admit i'm looking for a new bag. So i'll go over what this bag doesnt do and why the need for a change. In no particular order: * The laptop compartment is not padded. Hasnt been an issue but i've come close. * The exterior accents ("Night", the orange buttons, the headphone jack) just annoy me. Like the orange is fine but the the front panel is a bit messy in that regard. Found a different bag from the same company the eliminates this that looks very similar that might be worth checking out. * The front flap (with night on it) has weak velcro that stopped working right away. never been a big deal cause its a deep pocket and its just velcro but its the only thing to go wrong with the bag besides a thread or two loose). Worth saying i've never had trouble with the zippers or anything else. Straps are long but just lasso on the two loops and its fine. * i've started carrying a pair of shorts, a shirt, socks, underwear, and a toothbrush and deodorant. Just because I sometimes a stay in one city or the other, crashing with friends late, missed luggage, ect. Honestly a good habit for anyone for those Just in case moments. BUT having all that even though small, then adding the laptop, charger, and a book or two.... the space just doesnt go far. once al lthat is in forget putting a small jacket in, because once it bulges out it just seems to put some tension on the computer. * if you have anything in the main compartment, getting the computer in or out (or any item that needs to hit the bottom like a larger book) is incredibly awkward. * best to put in a bin when going through airports.. due to long straps and sizing issues above doesnt make a very good travel bag. Some of these are just constraints of a sling bag. Which sucks cause i like the way they look so much more. But my two cents would be its an excellent buy for a casual day use situation like day hikes and working out of a starbucks. But anything more then a laptop, change of clothes, and a small book and it just gets tight. For instance, in the pic all i have in there is a change of clothes, a book, a charger, a few toiletry's and you can see that its already a bit bulgy. Put the SP4 in and its about as much as you want in it. Bag is fine though if you dont plan on keeping any overnight stuff in it. Anyway. Hope this helps.

Decently sized sling bag at a good price
As I had this bag for 2 months I can say that his bag is pretty good and one of the best priced sling bag I could find that fit my needs! As a student this bag has been a lot lighter on my shoulders and back, it's a godsend. Not saying you can carry 15 pounds of stuff in there and be fine but maybe a text book, a light laptop, and a notebook is enough without causing too much back pain. Running with the bag is a bit awkward to though. As you run, the bag might slowly move towards your side. I don't know whether this is just a sling bag issue or not but just something to watch out for. But, Compared to other bags of the similar category, this bag has been the best starting from it's form factor to allow larger sizes laptops to fit to being somewhat water resistant! Pros: - Large Bag that's able to fit a 14 inch laptop - Somewhat(???) Water resistant as heavy rain hasn't affected the contents within the bag The bag is lined with a fabric inside so whenever it rains usually the outer material soaks it up to prevent leaking onto your stuff. Compared to other bags I got previously, This one did it's best to not leak - multiple compartments and pockets With 6 pockets (including the main one) this bag allows you to store a lot within it. Personally for me, I use many of them to carry utilities when I'm out and about - Decent price for size - Durable material and cool design Cons: - Quality. The quality of this bag is not the best. You get what you paid for but there's room for improvement on the manufacturing end. When I received my bag, One of the o-rings were slightly ripped from the fabric and the pouch button came looking slightly dirty. YMMV if you get a bag, it might be perfect, or there could be some slight to major issues. - Large Strap Not only is the bag is large, but so is the strap carrying it. In order to get the bag to fit me nicely I had to pull the strap all the way out. If I was a bit bigger/taller, perhaps this would be an issue though. Another thing to look out for is the actual strap. When I was done fitting it, I was left with 8 inches of a 1.8 inch wide strap loose around. I needed a pretty big clip in order to keep it all nice and tidy. - Small Water bottle Pocket The water bottle Pocket is a little too big for a normal plastic bottle, but too small for one of those medium sized jugs/tumblers All in all, I would say this is a good backpack to buy if you're looking for something large and it's great for me as a student. Thank you.

A great bag for all purposes
I ordered this bag for my work and to use when I do motorcycle trips. Liked the reversible one strap so I gave it a chance. Once I received it I noticed how much more things I could place inside it than i originally thought. Bag seems like its made well and is durable. The single strap is more than long and wide enough for all people and I'm using the loops on the strap to keep it in so it doesn't daggle, works well for me but I'm sure you can use them for other things. Has more pockets than I needed which is also helpful for my job as I am a service technician which I travel alot for. Easy to place all my personal and work stuff inside and sling over the passenger seat for easy access. Fits my work tablet, note book, note pad for gas, ID cards, power cords, two cell phones, keys, personal wallet, safety glasses, sun glasses, pens, some small hand tools, a 32oz bottle, and I'm sure much more things to come. With all that's in there now I can still put in a hoodie if needed. Haven't used it yet to go out riding with yet since we're still getting snow in the New Jersey area lol. (Sucks) But having a flat back to the bag and a padded strap will be helpful to me so it doesn't get uncomfortable. Which I've bought alot of other ones that I threw out or gave away because they were uncomfortable. Also has a ear bud hole for my phone which I will use instead of running the wire under my shirt. I would definitely recommend this bag to anyone that does any type of traveling or outdoor activities like me. You will be surprised as I was on how much it will fit. Its a great bag for work and long day trips. My wife wants me to get her one now too lol.

BAG IT!
I am a self proclaimed bag whore. I have a collection of slings and back packs and this is, by far, my favorite. The pictures and descriptions do not to this bag any justice. The amount of pockets and compartments inside and out are phenomenal. Absolutely no regrets. Strong construction. Stylish. Durable. Canโt say enough.

So close to a great travel bag!
Just got back from a trip to England and this turned out to be my go-to bag - great in ALMOST every way... Pros: Spacious! Plenty of pockets, I used the water bottle spot to hold my umbrella for chance rain, inside pockets kept things pretty tidy. As a 5'11" woman with a larger bust, this sat pretty well on me. Hidden pocket on back was very large and held our needed vouchers without being difficult to get out. Cons: Zippers not conductive to keep extra secure. There should be two sliders that can be locked to help deter pickpockets, or extra fabric flaps to help hide the zippers. I did not have any security issues but I often wore the bag in the front of my body to be sure. I do wish there had been an easy-access pocket on the side for things like the Oyster card which I needed to keep handy jumping on and off the Tube but that wasn't much of a concern... Some other people comment on the extra long strap - this WAS a bit of a fuss because they don't have a bright way to handle the extra bit although I know larger people will LOVE the extra length. What I ended up doing that worked VERY well until the very last day was to take a pin and tuck the end over one of the loops on the upper part of the strap. Unfortunately, on the last day, the loop pulled out - this was definitely a manufacturing flaw, because it wasn't being tugged on, as you can see in the pictures, the pin is still in tact so it wasn't being pulled hard enough to rip it out. I don't have an alternate way to secure the extra strap length now :( Overall I really like this bag, would have given it 5 stars for better zipper security and the strap loop not failing after 1 week of use.

Perfect for my needs...
I don't care for messenger style laptop bags. The strap is never feels secure when carrying around. So I usually look for a backpack style laptop bag. But I have had laptop bag after laptop bag that I would hardly ever wear as a backpack. I always slung the bag over one shoulder and went off to wherever I was going. (usually not a great distance) That lead to a premature wearing out of that one strap as it was not made to be the only support for the bag. I looked for a long time for a sling bag that could hold a 14/15" laptop. But the biggest I was finding were for 10/11" laptops and for iPads. I am so glad I came across this bag. it holds my 14.5 laptop with plenty of room left over. I have used it as a personal bag when flying. It carried my laptop, tablet, phones, and so much more. (including a small sling bag for day hikes) I don't think I have come very close to over filling (space). My needs just have not necessitated it. However, I do know that I have loaded it with substantial weight for a sling bag. The bag has handled it without issue. Before I would be pressed to get 6 months to a year from a regular 2 strap backpack because of the stress on a single strap. I have had this backpack for almost 2 years without issue. Again, for my needs I don't have to fill this pack to the brim. So I cannot comment on the issues some have had. But the single strap has handled the weight I have placed into it. This could be as heavy as 15-20 pounds depending on the number of books. (on average it is closer to 10.) Considering the laptop is about 3-4 pounds...I can safely say that it is not the main burden. I would not say the bag is perfect. Sometimes the front flap wants to open a little too easily because the velcro does not secure it well. I have lost many pens because of this. And things can shift in the main compartment due to its shape. So while maybe not the perfect bag...this bag has been perfect for my needs and I would not hesitate to buy another. For that reason I give the full 5 stars

Just what I was looking for.
I like this bag. Itโs comfortable and fits my laptop and other items. Itโs small enough that I donโt pack it full of crap. Water bottle pocket is great and thereโs interior pockets great for hiding your wallet and other items in.
