A healthy snack option
I have Prediabetes and don’t have a lot of snack options available. These bars taste great and don’t seem to affect my blood sugar. The ingredients are all natural. The biggest drawback is the price. They are super expensive! Usually double the price of the other snack bars. However, most other bars are loaded with fat and sugar. So like always, you get what you pay for. One other small thing: they are kind of hard. Not chewy at all. I have good teeth, but usually eat these a bit slow. Overall, I’m glad to have a healthy snack alternative.

Too Good for My Own Good
I thought I would like these and rather unfortunately for waistline and wallet, I was right. I’ve already ordered another set. I’ve tried several flavors and formulations of KIND bars, and these are by far the very best. The dark chocolate is velvety smooth with the slight bitterness contrasting perfectly with the sweetness of the cherries and cashews. The cherries are neither too dry nor too moist, providing just the right tooth feel. All of the ingredients are extremely fresh tasting and the textures and flavors complement each other. The bar has solidity, but is not hard or crumbly. It’s a beautiful confectionery creation.

when you want a candy bar, but want it to be healthy
Good! One of my favorite KIND bars when I want something that tastes and feels like a candy bar, but has a significantly better nutritional profile. Lovely anytime- on the go, or on the couch. I like a lot of different KIND bars, and this is one of my "staple". Love the chewy, the perfect level of sweetness and chocolatey-ness.

Chocolate ‘fix’ in a healthier way….. No real Cherry flavor there though…
Very good Rich Dark Chocolate! Satisfies my chocolate craving in what I think is a bit healthier way! A bit disappointed at the lack of any obvious Cherry flavor, though I can actually see a scattering of cherry looking bits throughout the bar. Sufficient amount of cashews. So I have to only give 4 stars for Flavor. The dark chocolate is really good. Just want the cherry too! Still overall a good quality bar. (Just punch up the ‘promised cherries!)
