I used this after having a Raclette party and had lots of extra cheese. For some of the cheese, I simply lined a plastic container with the paper and places the cheese on top and sealed with the plastic cover. No kidding, months later, at least two, most likely three, I opened the container and all of the cheese except for one piece where the cheese was touching the plastic container and not the paper was like the day I put it away. No mold, still in great condition and still yummy. Only the one side had a little bit of mold. I also had a store wrapped piece from that same day that was never opened and comparatively, that piece was covered in mold. That showed me first hand how wonderful this paper works. No more storing cheese without wrapping it in the paper. Keeps it super fresh, way longer than even the product says it will. It says it works for up to a month, well this paper worked for up to 3 months!

This paper isn't magic, but it does seem to extend the life of cheese. Better than the plastic it comes in, and better than beeswax wrap. Did the old scientific method with a block of cheddar, the Freshglow paper wrapped piece lasted longest by a couple of days. About as good as wax paper but you can reuse this paper. I also rubberband the piece of cheese so that it stays wrapped up.

Seems to keep that she’s fresh. Generally I go through it pretty quickly, so I haven’t really kept it wrapped up for more than maybe three weeks. It’s worth it to give it a try.

I can’t believe how well these work! Kept a cut block of mozzarella fresh for over a week.

THIS PRODUCTS WORKS BUT I DIDN'T LIKE THE SMELL

Cheese paper. Had never heard of it before. I usually wrap my cheese in plastic wrap, or lately in parchment paper then plastic wrap, but my cheese always went bad before I could use it all. I heard or read about cheese paper online, and knew I had to try it. I decided on this product. So far, I'm mostly pleased with it. One problem is it doesn't have any kind of adhesive. (2** for ease of use)., I can wrap my cheese in it but then what? It seems like if I didn't somehow secure the package, it would be no better than any other method I've tried. So, I decided to use rubber bands. Wrap the cheese, put a rubber band around it and it's good. Seems to keep my cheese useable for longer than my old methods. It does seem a bit pricey, but if it keeps my pricey cheese good for longer, it will be worth it.

It works every time. Bought it twice already. It keeps my cheese safe and fresh longer. I just wrap cheese in this paper and fasten it with rubber bands and put them back in the refrigerator. And no matter how many days after I reopen it, the cheese stays fresh and good to use. I will buy again.

I was looking forward to this purchase. I had watched the video a few times to ensure that I was going to do everything right to prolong the length of my cheese life. When you open up the top of the box you are asked if you 'smell maple'. I didn't smell maple but went ahead with getting out a sheet and wrapping my cheese. I didn't open up my snugly wrapped cheese until 10 days later. Green mold spots everywhere. Disappointed and feeling ripped off.
