After a fair amount of research, reading reviews of office chairs from different manufacturers and price points, I decided to buy this Tralt chair and am extremely glad I did. The chair was very well packed, with each piece clearly labeled and with some of the best assembly instructions I've ever seen. I had it fully assembled in about 15-20 minutes, and I'm 76 with creaky joints (ha!). It's an incredible value for the price, and the quality is superb. I imagine it would be difficult to find a better buy for 2-3X the price. It's very comfortable, raises and lowers with ease, and is a dogsend (spelling intentional) for my back. The manufacturer even offered a free gift, which for me was a set of high-quality casters, and they came less than a week after I received the chair AND they followed up with a call to see if I was satisfied with them a day later. Amazing. It's a wonderful chair and the best shopping experience I've had in a long long time. Many digits up !

I bought this chair for my husband's computer, and it has been a great purchase. He uses it every day for work and says it is much more comfortable than the one he had before. This chair matches the product description and has better assembly instructions than flat pack furniture. A few of the photos in the instructions are a bit too dark but I was able to figure out what to do. The verbal instructions are complete and literate. Only one of the many screw holes was a bit off alignment and required extra pressure to use. The chair back and lumbar support are not cushioned so I will add a slim latex cushion for more comfort but the lumbar support at bottom of the back is a good shape for me and can be adjusted. I'm happy with this chair.

These chairs are incredibly comfortable, and I highly recommend them. I would say they are the best desk chairs I’ve ever sat in from the cushioned seat, to the adjustable arm rest and everything in between, I'm very happy with this purchase. I sit at my desk all day for work, so I needed a new chair. The great reviews sold me on these, but I wasn’t sure whether I would want a headrest. I ended up getting two of their padded-armrest chairs, one with a headrest and one without so I could compare the two. The chairs are pretty much identical, except the one without the headrest has a slightly larger seat. I’m shorter than average, but even the larger seat was still very comfortable for me. The headrest is convenient because it allows me to lean my head back and relax instead of constantly leaning forward, which helps prevent tech neck. Since I’m on the shorter side, I’m still working on finding the perfect position for the headrest, but it’s still really nice to have. Both chairs were easy for one person to assemble, and the materials and overall quality feel very well made. However, the biggest praise I want to give is to their customer service. It is honestly the best customer service I have ever experienced from an online company. They provided a direct phone number with the packaging, and when I had a question, I called and was connected straight to a live person. She was extremely helpful and even called me back on a weekend, just as she had promised. I actually missed her call, but she called back later to make sure I received her voicemail. I will definitely continue shopping with this company. There truly wasn’t a single thing I was disappointed with. Great chairs, great quality, and exceptional customer service!

I have been using this chair for work and I am really happy with it so far. It’s comfortable tha lumbar supports support actually helps and I like that I can adjust it to sit where I feel more comfortable. The mesh back is also nice because I do t feel as hot sitting for long time. It was pretty easy to put together too. Overall a really good chair for the price.

The package arrived with a damaged box, and the item had a few small scratches on it. Thankfully, the product is fine and does what it’s supposed to do. However, the packaging could definitely be improved to prevent damage during delivery. I hope the seller takes more care with packing in the future.

Ahora sí! Está silla tiene materiales de bastante buena calidad, incluso desde el empaque se nota que viene todo cuidado. El ensamblaje es muy sencillo y fácil. Lo hice todo sin problema y quedó muy bien. Es una silla que se siente muy cómoda y segura, incluso para personas robustas. La recomiendo totalmente.

Pregúntale a cualquier IA las especificaciones ideales para una silla en términos de ergonomia, longevidad y precio y esta tiene todo, tenía un dolor de espalda baja y sólo en esta silla se me quitaba, llevo una semana usándola y estoy maravillado, vale el precio y más. Calidad 10/10 Materiales 10/10 Comodidad 10/10 Precio 10/10 Longevidad 10/10 (según lo que investigué, ya que lo que se rompe y las deja inútiles siempre es la estrella de la base, esta cuenta con una metálica y además tiene el tamaño correcto) Me llegó enterita, la ensamble rápido, es fresca, no le tiembla nada, no se mueve si no quieres, no le cambiaría nada mas que si a caso el material de los descansabrazos pero eso se corrige poniéndole cualquier funda, honestamente no le quita nada de virtud. Cinco estrellas se queda corto.

Buenos materiales y se siente de calidad, es muy cómoda para estar varias horas y la verdad fácil de armar incluso si solo te guías en las imagenes del manual se hace en menos de 1 hora la silla tambien esta hecha para gente muy pesada por lo que tambien vale la pena dependiendo de tu peso, espero que llegue a durar varios años
