Configured as a gateway, I got 400 mbits/second throughput from an iperf3 client on the lan to an iperf3 server on the internet. This was with Ubuntu core 18.04. My internet connection is AT&T fiber that normally gets around 900 mbits/second download and upload.

The Friendly OS doesn't allow vlan trunking, and nothing is clear about how to use a different OS. Otherwise, I'd give it 5 stars.

Software was good but incompatible with what I was endeavouring to do. Hardware wise, it's good little SoC.

Great little product! The FriendlyWRT along with Docker makes this an ideal platform for tinkering with open source solutions. I use Asterisk and a reverse proxy to route traffic to multiple servers while powering IP phones and still enjoying Plex in its own Docker container. Would recommend to anyone that can use Linux command line and the Wiki is a great starting point to what is possible.

Ich habe den Router ursprünglich gekauft, um die Möglichkeiten mit OpenWRT in meinem Heimnetz auszuprobieren. Das Gerät wird out-of-the-box von OpenWRT untertützt. EInfach das richtige OpenWRT Image auf eine SD Karte ziehen und schon kann man einen Router aufsetzten. In meinem Fall ist er das Bindeglied an einem Telekom-Glasfaser Anschluss und er unterteilt mein Heimnetz in 3 VLANs und lasse 2 VPN darüber laufen. Alles ohne Probleme.Leider macht es hin und wieder bemerkbar, dass der eine Netzwerkport über USB angeschlossen ist. Dabei entsteht ein minimaler Paketverlust. Dies tritt aber nur auf, sowohl Internet als auch Lokales Interfaces unter Volllast benutzt.

Intéressé par les deux ports Ethernet, j'ai acheté ce gadget pour une petite expérience de tap mais il s'avère qu'il est vraiment très faible.Il faut 5 minutes entre le power-up et le moment où ssh répond (Armbian minimal server, Samsung EVO pro 64GB https://www.amazon.fr/gp/product/B06XFWPXYD/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1).Il fait 25°C dans la pièce. A l'allumage il atteint vite les 40°C, jusque là normal, mais malgré le refroidissement actif la température est vite montée à 68° alors que je n'ai pratiquement rien fait avec.Sans la crise actuelle, je le renverrais directement.N'ayant pas envie d'aller faire la file à la poste, je le jette dans la boite "brols sans intérêt" et je passe au candidat suivant.
