Good cycle. But get it fitted thru company person. Amazon person came to my place did incomplete fitment and damaged few product

Disappointed
The quality of the cycle is very poor. Front part of the cycle which has a mud guard came out from the cycle in less than a year Also the Cult team sent a message that there might be a issue in all the models of this cycle that got manufactured in 2025, they sent an engineer to inspect it and fix it. But , the engineer provided a temporary solution. In less than a year, both the tyre of the cycle has been punctured. It was my first cult product and it made me very disappointed 😔.

Nuts and parts are not good
Bicycle is ok but parts are delicate which should be fixed so that they don't drop on the way while driving. Pedal nut and stand nut dropped the third day itself for which i had to get it fixed otherwise bicycle was not in driveable condition

Awesome cycle, go for it.
Good build quality. Quality parts and packaging. Paid 500 for assembly service. Disc brakes need precision alignment and fine tunning, but hexagon tool for brake adjustment is not provided. Mudguards are difficult to tighten and keep getting twisted. Front suspension really good and helps cushion the handle. Cycle is awesome my kids loved it. If you are 5feet 2 inch you may consider 26 inch wheel variant.

Assembly: The bike arrived surprisingly quickly and was well-packaged. The assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow, even for someone like me who isn't particularly handy. Within about [20-30mins], I had the bike fully assembled and ready to ride. Riding Experience: The [urban terrian galaxy pro] is an absolute joy to ride. It's lightweight, yet sturdy. The brakes are responsive, and the ride is comfortable even on bumpy roads. I've been using it for my daily commute, and it's made the whole experience so much more enjoyable
