I’m so excited to write this review. Ever since I saw it on IG, I wanted to attend a class and to buy the P3 trainer. Finally today I got it!! The “trainer” has two resistance bands (the black one is longer for stand up work outs, the white band is shorter, therefore more resistance and it’s for mat work outs). The ball seems small but mighty. There are no instructions, so at first it’s pretty confusing but I suggest to watch the video in the description. The quality is superb. I’m so glad I didn’t get the knock off version and got the original. I did my first work out and I loved it. My aim is to tone up for summer so I shall write back with results after 3 months. I have a good feeling.

I tried to save money by buying a similar product like this but it wasn't giving me the resistance I needed to get a good workout. This Pvolve equipment does the trick. If you have the Pvolve program, don't bother buying the cheaper exercise equipment that looks the same.
