A classic book collection. It was in great condition and arrived quickly. A gift for a friend of my son's. The child who recieved it was happy with the gift. I read these books and visted her home as a child myself, so giving this as a gift was a perfect decision.

Before packing seller has to check all the books are in order (1 missing from 10 book). The series is a good collection of books for kids. ... Returned the items back.

Peter Rabbit- Ten book library
Habe mir den Schuber mit den zehn Büchlein von Peter Rabbit in englischer Sprache bestellt, nachdem wir schon mit dem einzelnen Buch von Peter Hase bei unserer Enkelin große Freude auslösen konnten. Wenn sie in der Schule Englisch lernt, werden wir die reizenden Geschichten zusammen lesen und so den englischen Wortschatz ganz nebenbei erweitern. Ich selbst bin von den Büchlein begeistert, da ich Beatrix Potters Zeichnungen herausragend finde und auch die Geschichten mag. Einzelne Beschreibungen , wie z. B. dass ein Hase in der Pastete gelandet ist, müssen bei kleinen Kindern eben umschifft oder weggelassen werden. Da Beatrix Potter ja auch Farmerin war, war das für sie normal und keine Grausamkeit, dass Tiere auch Nahrung waren.
