I bought this because I had pain in the arch of my foot and wanted something to stablize my ankle (to help with the muscles and the plantar fasciitis). It takes more work to untie and put on your foot then a velcro one, but once on it fits well. There are supports along the ankle that help keep it straight even though the area around my foot was a bit loose. This has helped better than the velcro ones for my foot.

I grabbed this as a backup brace as my original one had been misplaced. I love this one so much better. It isn't as bulky and fits better in my steel toe boots that I use at work. It's not as supportive as the one I received from my Dr. but this is one I can wear over night when my ankle bothers me so I have it if I get out of bed. I also like wearing it for my day long trips where I may not be able to take off a brace if I'm traveling in a car or on my bike all day. I definitely recommend this brace.

The product is very supportive but I purchased it in August 2023 and I am back in October 2023 in need of something that might last longer as it is all ready worn out.

I have very weak ankles due to severe ligament injuries from past sports activities. I have a tendency to "twist" or "turn" my ankles often. I bought these thinking they would provide better support than the slip-on ace supports. The 'metal supports' that these have are toward the rear of the foot, so not super helpful for my area of concern. They take a while to properly adjust since you are only using the laces to make the adjustments, but once you get them properly adjusted for the support you need, they do a decent job. I wear a size 9 or 10 womans shoe and I got a medium which fits fine. . I have only worn them with my thick, hiking boots and they don't bother me at all. Overall, decent support without being too bulky. Much better than the slip-on supports, but certainly not as good as the ones with bracing inside.

I’ve had several ankle braces over the years due to tendon issues. I purchased one of these for post surgery after having my cast and boot removed. This is GREAT! Best brace over ever had, especially for a lace brace! This is the easiest to slip on and tighten, has nice metal guards that follow the tendon on the sides, and fits well in all shoes. No major bulk and it’s very comfortable to wear all day! I’ve purchased a couple more I liked it so much.

I've had several major ankle issues while playing badminton, ALL of them were while I was wearing these braces. One was so severe I was unable to walk for a week. You're better off using no brace than this garbage. The other ankle brace I use actually prevents injuries compared to this. Strap also broke off within a month of use.

I have pronation of both feet, and this is a good stabilizer for my ankles. Its lightweight and not bulky and I'm able to wear with all my shoes. I've tried several different braces, but I've found this one works the best especially for everyday use. It's very well made and easily applied. I highly recommend it for stabilizing the ankle.

I’m on my feet a lot, and this ankle brace gave me the support I needed while healing from a sprain. It kept my ankle stable, reduced discomfort, and allowed me to move through my day with more confidence. Comfortable, breathable, and not bulky at all. I’ve continued using it even as my ankle improves because it just feels that supportive.
