These are the best nasal strips that you can buy for keeping your nasal passages open. Period. It beats Equate, Breathe Right, or any of the others. I hesitate to write tis, knowing it might make the price go up. I was using strips that I bought from CVS, but they tripled their price, when they found out that people really liked their product. ZZZQuil stays on all night, and I have an oily nose. It leaves no residue, and is comfortable. I should be paid for promoting them, but they really are great. Try one box, and you'll be hooked.

My husband has been using these nose strips to help with his snoring, and they’ve made a noticeable difference. He snores very loudly, and it was honestly driving me a little crazy at night. Since he started using these, I’d say his snoring has decreased by about 70%, which has been a huge improvement for both of us. They aren’t a miracle product that will eliminate snoring 100%, but they definitely help. My husband also says he can breathe much better through his nose while wearing them, especially at night. One thing to note is that the plastic feels a little stiff at first and can be somewhat uncomfortable. However, after a few uses, you get used to the feeling and it becomes much less noticeable. I also recommend thoroughly cleaning the area before applying the strip. If there’s any oil on the skin, it may start to lift or fall off during the night. I use a little witch hazel on his nose before application to remove any oils, and once we started doing that, the strip stayed on all night without any issues. Overall, these have been well worth it for us and have significantly improved our sleep quality.

Good quality strips. It is difficult to keep them on in humid or hot weather, even if I use witch hazel around the application area. Fortunately, there are a lot in this package. It helps with snoring and sleeping with my mouth open! It does not irritate my skin, even when removing it from overnight usage.

While I originally wrote this product a negative review, after six months of testing this and other products, I can confirm this is the best option. It does not feel very comfortable when you start using it, but it does the most lift with the least amount of discomfort, and overall achieves the best results. You will get used to the discomfort pretty quickly and soon you will forget this is even on your nose.

I purchased these nasal strips expecting measurable improvement in nighttime breathing and a noticeable reduction in snoring caused by congestion. Based on the description, I anticipated immediate relief and a mechanically effective lift of the nasal passages. That was not my experience. From the first use, the adhesive performance was inconsistent. Even after properly cleansing and drying my skin, the strip began to loosen within a short period of time. Instead of maintaining firm tension across the nasal bridge, it partially detached, which significantly reduced any structural support it was supposed to provide. In terms of airflow improvement, the difference was negligible. I did not perceive a meaningful increase in nasal passage expansion. The mechanical lift felt weak, and any sensation of improved breathing was subtle at best and temporary. My snoring pattern did not change in any noticeable way, and sleep quality remained the same. The material itself is thin and flexible, but that flexibility seems to compromise the rigidity needed to actually dilate the nostrils effectively. For a product marketed as providing instant congestion relief, the functional performance did not align with those claims in my case. Given the limited adhesion durability and minimal physiological effect, I cannot justify a higher rating. I expected a clear, tangible improvement in airflow mechanics, but the overall results were underwhelming.

Terrible don’t even work

Between me and my beautiful wife, I thought we had tried all the strips out there! We don't use them strictly because of snoring but more because we have allergies and we live in New England and especially now with our heat on wich is super dry we get very congested wich as we all know makes it so hard to sleep. I stumbled across these last week so we were excited to give them a try. All of the others would either not stick well to begin with, or the adhesive would be so weak that halfway through the night one side of it would pop up making it useless because you can't even stick it back on!! More on that later... Well I'm happy 😊 😊 to report these Nyqyuil strips have impressed far beyond our expectations! First as you can see in my photos when you open it, it is so clear I had to put the paper back on both side just so you could see what the whole thing looks like, 2nd it has much wider bases to stick to each side of nose 3rd it also has a smaller and larger tab that stick to your nose and are at a slant not straight like all the others, 4th then the material they are plade out of is so much more durable instead of being like other having basically a band aid and a piece of metal these feel like rubber or polymer no metal much better feel and VERY strong adhesive. After wearing for the night we were able to breathe SOOO much easier and the best part.. Both sides of the strip where still attached in the morning! And at 1 point my wife decided she didn't quite like how hers was positioned so she decided to try and reposition it wich you could never do with any other brand because of the adhesive... Low and behold she was able to pull it up and put it right back on no issue at all! Pooooow MIND 🧠 BLOWN! Another great thing is that this box comes with a whopping 52 total strips!!! That is WAYYYYY more than any other brand we've ever bought before. This may seem like a long review for such a simple thing but i feel they deserve it and other people like ourselves should know! These ZzzQuil Sleep Nasal Strips help me sleep better by making it easier to breathe at night. I notice less congestion and more comfortable airflow when I wear them. They stick well through the night and feel gentle on the skin. A simple product that really makes a difference in sleep quality, especially when I’m feeling stuffy or congested.
