Outstanding saltiness
Such a wonderful product. Beautiful and the best tasting salt I have ever used. Itโs very salty. I use it for sourdough and can use half the gram weight for the same saltiness. Helps to justify the price.

What can you say about the best Baja GOLD my gold (money) can buy.
It doesn't taste as strong as salt due to the high mineral content. I use it on everything. Using it (12g) in my homemade ancient grain organic sourdough einkorn bread makes it taste heavenly. I even use it to make a saline solution for nasal rinsing to clear nasal and congestion.
