This is the worst item I've bought from Amazon in over a decade.
I never leave reviews because I'm usually satisfied with what I buy on Amazon, but this time I can't help but write one – it's terrible. . I tried a little, and the taste was awful. It tastes completely different from any sakura shrimp I've had before. I'm certain it's not fresh, not tasty, and probably has some other strange taste from it. If I could return it, I would have done so immediately. If I could, I wouldn't even give it a single star.

Great flavor easy mix
Only down side occasionally it's like eating dry bug wings. Like dry bazil it sticks to teeth, not a big deal . I guess you could strain it . Flavor still wins out . Recommended.

Great Depth of Flavor For Seafood dishes.
If you want to add a depth of flavor to your gumbo or clam chowder you should dry adding this product. I use it to build the broth of most of my seafood stews.
