These gel pads are a fantastic replacement for my EMS ab stimulator. They adhere well and provide consistent conductivity during workouts. With 60 pieces, I won't need to reorder for a while. They're easy to apply and remove, and I haven't experienced any skin irritation. Highly recommend for anyone using an EMS device

This was such a great buy! It comes with tons of replacements, so I never feel bad swapping them out whenever I want. They’re super comfortable, easy to use, and just the right size. I can actually feel the electric buzz, like with the gel packs from my muscle stimulator. Really happy with this one!

I tried this and was a waste of money

These Livwxk EMS Gel Pads are perfect for replacing the worn out ones on your Electro-Myo-Stimulator aka Electronic Muscle Stimulator aka EMS aka TENS, etc., if your device is of the type that uses the sticky gel pads between your skin and the electronic contacts. Of course, if you have a device with the contacts covered in fabric you won't need these, but if not, the gel pads do eventually start rolling-up on themselves and after you've perhaps flattened them out a few times, it will finally be time to replace them. With these Livwxk brand replacement pads, what you'll receive is a zip lock bag with 30 sealed packets, each containing two gel pads, with each of the pads sandwiched between a thin blue plastic the same size as the gel pad and a thicker clear plastic that's a bit larger. There are no instructions included with the pads, but the product page does provide a very clear step by step depiction of the optimal procedure of applying the new gel pads, which amounts to first peeling off the blue plastic and then sticking that exposed side to the electronic contacts on the device using the thicker clear plastic to guide it, press it on, and smooth it out, before then peeling it off the gel pad. If you do find you want to smooth the gel pad out further, perhaps to work out a wrinkle or a trapped air bubble, etc., you can simply place the thicker clear plastic back on the pad and rub away, although it probably won't be necessary if you follow the correct procedure, as the pad will stay nice and flat, if you do. It's probably not a great idea to really aggressively rub on the electronic contacts any more than you have to, anyway, to prevent potentially breaking the internal wiring and ruining its functionality.You'll likely find that the gel pads on your EMS device will not all need to be replaced at the same time, with some of them simply being in locations where your body actually bends and moves more and thus tugs on the pads more. Those pads are the ones that will start rolling-up on themselves and requiring you to flatten them back out until that's just not working well enough anymore, and it's time to replace them. Subsequently, many, if not most of the pads, will last far longer than the typically stated 20 or 30 uses, and this 60 piece package will likely have you stocked-up for a very long time to come. (I'm guessing it will be at least a year, or maybe even two, before I'll have used these up with my devices.)

they adhere well to the skin and are also reusable for a couple times. the set comes with 60 pads so will last quite a while. No residue or tackiness left behind on the skin nor any redness or irritation from the adhesive used on the product. helps releive muscle aches and pains as well as helps "tone" troublesome areas too! I will defintiely be picking up more of these here soon! thye conduct the electric pulses effectively and evenly. they loosened on a very minute scale when sweating while using them but none have fallen off or caused any issue with that.

I only could get one use from them. They do not stick well to the device at all. Will never purchase again.
