Hi - The lullaby plays for 30 minutes and stops automatically. Thank you for your interest!

Can you turn off the loud beep that it makes when you adjust the sound buttons on the parent control?

Kathleen - No, the beep on the VTech VM3252 that can be heard while adjusting the parent unit volume can't be turned off. Thank you!

Why does the charging light not shut on the monitor after adequate amount of charge time ?

Barbara - The charge light on the VTech VM320 will stay on as long as the parent unit is plugged in to the AC power. Thank you!
