Will this exhaust tip fit a 2015 F150,since the stock pipe exits on an angle.

Yes. The tail piece goes on at an angle.

Do i have trim the stock pipe to line with up in a 2018 f150 or just pull off the old tip and slip this on?

This is made to fit a 3.00 Exhaust Pipe you will need to measure to make sure you have a 3.00 Exhaust Pipe and you have the room for it to fit or you will have to modify
