Fourth Element Seeker Mask - Low Volume, Universal Fit, Clarity & Contrast Lens Options

I’ve been searching for the perfect mask and I think I may have found it. I’ve tried on so many masks, some at my lds, some I’ve ordered online and had to send back. It came down to 2 or 3 masks that I could finally get a seal. The field of vision is amazing, especially the additional upward vision over any other mask I’ve tried. I’ve been diving for about 13 years and I guess I got really lucky with the mask I purchased when I started diving. It is no longer available and I wanted to switch to a frameless anyway. I wouldn’t consider my face small, but most of the masks I tried wouldn’t seal around the temples. Maybe I’m narrow in this area? This mask is such a good fit that it stays on without the strap, even with my mustache! This is definitely the most expensive mask I tried, but I think I’m going to be very happy with it.I will note, I purchased the fourth element elastic strap as well. I returned that because it is very wide. It wouldn’t rest above my ears without cutting into the top of my ears where they connects to my head. It would have to be worn across the ears. This may be ok with a hood, but I dive tropical, so…

This is the BEST MASK EVER!!!! Compact, free from fog with normal care (toothpaste/Sea Gold), comfortable, and crystal clear lens. BRAVO!!!

It fits my face, is comfortable, and keeps the water out. So far, I love it.

I’m a dive professional who dives almost every day, and I’m extremely disappointed in this mask. I stored it exactly as Fourth Element suggests, in the provided case, inside my fin, and the glass still shattered into a million tiny pieces while in storage.I’ve stored my Hollis M1 in the same way for years (always without any case at all) and have never had an issue. That comparison really exposes the problem: the glass on this mask feels like very poor quality, especially at this price point.For what this mask costs, you should be getting premium durability and reliability. Instead, I ended up with a destroyed mask I barely used. As a working dive pro, I cannot recommend this mask to anyone. You can easily buy a mask with far better glass and overall build quality for half the price.

I REALLY want to love this mask. However, I’m struggling to love it over liking it due to the lack of skirting under the nose. Every other brand I’ve used in quality and price from Cressi to ScubaPro have had extra skirting to provide some seal against upper lip. The Seeker mask doesn’t, and it means the very slightest wiggling of the nose or upper lip causes leakage. I made the mistake of buying the clear and the green for green water and now about $400 into it sad I didn’t try one out first before trusting they’d be better than they are. Aside from that, it’s super comfortable and looks bad-a. The lack of seal under the nose in one of the most important places for a man’s mask to need to seal is troubling.

Husband swears these are worth the money lol.
