Strength is a mistranslation...the German word Staerke means both strenght and starch I'm this case it should have read' starch...

I can see that Fett<1% Egg white <2% Sugar<13% There are more ingredients in German. You might would like to contact the seller for more information. You get in the Container over 150 Pinwheels. I love these. And will order again. I have ordered at least 5 containers all together and I’m 💯 satisfied and happy
