The media could not be loaded. First Charge time 1 hour 15 minutes lasted 30 minutes. Managed to clear part of one ear.I have a lot of wax built up.Every year I pay £70 to have both my ears microsuction.Due to the wax being hard, I am going to put olive oil ear drops in for a couple of days then try again to see if the olive oil losens the wax making it easier for the tool to get the wax out.I found the instructions easy and the app was up and running In no time.To connect to the app, Disconnect your phone from your own WiFi then connect to cooleer WiFi.You can use video record, take photos.SatisfyingYes I would recommend.Good price, good quality and picture.Performance.Charge 1 hour last 30 minutes.Easy comfort no pain.Yes it is safe.Comes in a case.

Been having ear problems and wanted a look for myself,this was ideal very clear picture,and interesting to look in there,all sorted now , handy even as a close up camera for splinters etc..

Great piece of kit, was struggling with an on going ear infection and was driving me mad not being able to see what was going on! Connected to phone with ease, doesn't hold a whole lot of charge but it done the job and doesn't take long to re charge! Was able to monitor the progress of my ear infection and in turn get stronger anti biotics as the 1st lot did little to clear my inner ear which I could tell thanks to this little gadget! Slightly addictive I won't lie

Easy to use. Includes instructions and extra coverings for the scoop.The scoop is removable, if you were wanting to just take pictures/videos on the inside of your ears.It takes clear pictures, which is great to be able to keep a track of my ear health.The only negative I've noticed is that, sometimes whilst using it, the image on my phone will flip randomly (without me pressing anything), which can be a bit scary at times, as I don't want to accidentally hurt the inside of my ears.Use this otoscope with care.Do not insert it too far into your ear canal. If you can't reach a bit of wax with this otoscope, please see a professional for help.

Really decent camera, attachments are screw on so not likely to fall off in the ear.App works well, can take pics and videos within the app. Well worth the price

The visual quality is great when it does work, but sadly the connection to your device is very hit and Miss (sadly more miss!) I wouldn’t buy this product again.

Can't review, despite being on charge for 5hrs and being warm to touch it won't turn on, instructions say the red light is on when charging, assume it means the on/off button, if so then mine doesn't light up, and blue when it's charged, again no blue. How long do I need to charge it for when instructions say 1hr, been sold a dud and I want a refund
