I’m not diabetic but wanted to know more about my bodies response to the foods I eat. Used it for 2 weeks and it was super reliable , has taught me how to regulate my blood sugars so they don’t spike with highs and lows. Very useful tool. Will probably do it again at some point .

Really flakey communications technology. If you walk away or get separated from your phone for just a few moments, getting the monitor to re-establish a connection is a nightmare. Repeatedly holding the phone against your arm as instructed, only to see a message repeatedly saying sensor error try again in ten minutes is infuriating. This then results with large gaps in the graphs. There is no excuse for such poor unreliable communications in this day and age. I will be looking for an alternative in future. Paying over £50 for 14 days of frustration is not good value.

It does what it says on the tin. But knowing your body is more than that. I had one as part of my Zoe programme and found it fascinating. So every now and then I get one to check my blood sugar levels. I got 4 and never had any technical problems so far.

Bought this for my diabetic dog. The last monitor I had bought from a different seller which lasted the 14 days - this one only lasted 12 days at the most crucial time when his dose increased and I needed to monitor it.

Very expensive.

Easy to apply with no pain, great to monitor blood glucose levels this has helped me with keeping the glucose levels within the target range and able to see what foods and how much work best. It has also along with gym keep fit / toning helped me to lose some weight.

Unfortunately I for a glucose monitor that was defective. I’ve had these before and I’ve never had a problem, but this one was not working properly.Of course a faulty item is not the end of the world, but the red flag here is the that when contacting the seller they said that they would only refund 70% of the price on return. For the record, I showed proof to them that the device was faulty by showing screenshots of the reading and comparisons with the finger blood test. If the device readings were correct I wouldn’t be conscious. It’s ridiculous. They wanting me to return an item that was stuck to my arm with my blood on it,…. weird but okay, maybe they want to check it further?? The part that annoyed me was that they were unwilling to send a replacement or to give me a full refund for a faulty item they sold. They did not take any accountability at all.Luckily, Amazon customer service is always amazing and they provided the refund for me.So, if you want to buy this item from this seller, just be aware that if you have any issues they will not be willing to help you.
