A barbacoa staple
These are tough to find in our local store so we order them. I use them exclusively for crock pot barbacoa. Then freeze the extra. There is no replacing or substituting them so they are a staple. If you don’t know what they are, you probably don’t need them.

Excellent product
I have ordered this twice from Amazon and both times the expiration dates were far enough out that I know I have time to use the cans before they expire. Great texture. Use in a slow cooker with chicken. Yum.
