I’m super impressed with this phone mount. It is very well made, well-machined, exact tolerances. I have a 2018 Tacoma TRD and this holder fits perfectly. No stupid tape or adhesives. I assembled it in 10 minutes, installed it in 5. Clear instructions. Expensive, but worth it; this thing will last.

Finally found a phone holder that works. Holds securely. I have an iPhone 12 Max Pro in a battery back up phone case so it is thick and heavy. This holder still holds the phone securely. Very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend. Installation took minutes.

For the longest time, I used a cheap $6 plastic clip for my iPhone that I bought on some random website. I had zero issues with it over multiple models of iPhones and never fell while doing serious off-roading in the rugged mountains of Colorado. See pictures. While it didn’t clip over the entire vent, it still held up no problem. So why did I buy this one? Well my mom wanted one for her car (passenger car) so I figured I would just give her mine and buy a new one. I chose this brand based on the fact it is designed for the Tacoma. I didn’t want the hassle of getting one similar to my old one and have it not work. While at the end of the day this is just a clip for a phone. However I was impressed with the instructions (didn’t need them) they used color paper and had QR codes you could scan if you were struggling with the install. Fits my 2019 TRD Tacoma just fine. True to its claims, it does not interfere with the buttons on my iPhone. I like the metal construction and look, but honestly it doesn’t matter to me that much. You can use the ball and socket joint to adjust the phone to whatever position you want. I also get more air flow with this one, again I don’t really care about these trivial things but yeah it’s nice and this is for those who are deciding if it truly fits or if it’s junk. It is not! Seems well made and while sadly I don’t live in a state with any kind of terrain to test its holding strength while 4 wheeling, I would bet a month’s salary that I would have no problems. A bit spendy for such a simple device but at least they put some thought into it and made a solid product so you at least feel you are not overpaying. Tacos FTW!

Went through several "cheaper" options, but they all held the phone way too high, and magnetic ones didn't play well with my phone cover. So, I bit the bullet and got this one. The Tackform is awesome. Easy to install - no glue strips - and seems built to last. The vent is 90%+ unblocked, holds the phone at a perfect height, and this thing is solid. $60 may seem a bit much for a phone holder, and time will tell, but it just might be worth it.

I bought this for my Tundra so that I would not have to lay my phone on the console. My wife’s phone and my phone were not able to occupy the same space on the console without problems with tangled wires. This is one of the best purchases I’ve made. It is solidly built and holds the phone tight BUT the phone can still be removed from the mount easily. I bought a shorter charger cord to use with it to avoid and dangling wires. I should have gotten these a long time ago but I kept balking at the price. I think this is a case of buy once, cry once. I do not regret purchasing this mount.

It was easy to install on my 2016 Tundra and a quality product. I used the short arm and installed it on the right AC vent pointed toward the passenger door. The gear shift lever on my steering column clears the phone if you pull back on it. The phone does cover the radio volume knob but it isn't a big problem as I can reach around the phone to turn it. I do think it is overpriced but it is certainly quality

WOW I bought a few phone holder but this has to be the best quality and setup I’ve ever had in my truck … well worth the price even though it really wasn’t that expensive save yourselves time and picking the phone off the floor Excellent product Now to find something for the Ford ….

2023 Tacoma... this fits perfectly, installs easily and is rock-solid. Everything is was supposed to be. Not cheap but worth it.
