it is a really good trimmer tbh (btw this is a real review and the only review you need 🤣) ha so this trimmer is really good for sensitive skins and yes boys you can use it anywhere just use it carefully and it gives the perfect clean shave look and it comes with 3 clips 1mm 3mm and 5mm which is really great but i am rating 4 stars because the delivery boy came at 11pm in the night ☠️😭 in the end its safe, good quality, removes hair perfectly and value for money

Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing.Within just a month of normal use, the blade broke off, which is completely unacceptable for a product at this price. The trimmer itself is quite expensive compared with many other options available in the market, and I specifically chose Philips because I expected better quality, performance, and reliability.Sadly, the product did not meet my expectations. The trimming performance was also not as good as expected, and it often failed to trim properly, making the overall experience frustrating.What makes this even more disappointing is that the replacement blade itself costs almost half the price of the entire trimmer. Having to spend such a significant amount again on a replacement after the original blade broke within just a month feels unreasonable.As a customer, I don't mind paying more for a premium product when the quality justifies the price. But when an expensive product breaks within a month and doesn't perform properly, it makes the customer feel that their money and trust have not been valued.I request Philips to please look into this issue and provide a replacement blade/product or a full refund, considering the short period of use and the premature failure of the blade. I would really appreciate a fair resolution rather than being asked to purchase another expensive replacement.I genuinely expected much better from Philips. I hope the company takes customer feedback seriously and improves the durability, trimming performance, and pricing of replacement blades.
