Super easy to use and works great!
This is the first time I have purchased anything like this, the directions were great and it is very easy to use. I have found that I need to do it an extra 10 or 15 seconds, and you definitely need to let your item cool off before you remove the paper. Very happy with the purchase. Glad I picked this one and made the decision to go ahead.

Absolute worst!
This is the absolute worst heat press! My last press lasted over 20 years. This one I haven't had 6 months.Is there suppose to be a buzzer timer? The amount of time shows no sound is coming out. Just a bunch of clicks. I've always counted it down.The suction cups that are supposed to hold the machine down turn inside out and don't hold a thing in place. Don't turn your back or the machine will flip over.The whole press doesn't heat up. I have to press and turn the project around causing over heating and ruined projects.The heating iron is wobbling as if it will come apart.When applying the pressure, the front doesn't...I haven't used the cap part of the press.I've never had to give a negative review to a product before but, I want people to be aware of this piece of junk. I'm sorry I made this purchase. Wish I had gone another way. Buyer beware!!!

This is a great press for the price
I have been crafting for some time, I had previously been using a small heat press that I manually had to be the pressure, I had a large order of shirts coming and knew there was no way I could press them all in a timely manner with that press. I had been looking at Vevor for a while and knew I wanted a 15x15 press, I decided to buy a 2 n 1 with the hat press. I tested on a scrap shirt with a few transfers to make sure it would work. I have made a couple hundred shirts and a few hats to date and am satisfied with the press. I do think down the road I may upgrade to individual presses only for ease of going back and forth.

Not recommended for serious crafters.
The heat distribution is uneven, making transfers inconsistent. The hat press attachment is awkward and difficult to use.

Tried it and it was not working correctly
I received a Manuel for a completely different model as well as it being bent or heavier on one side so there was no way distribute the heat correctly. I contacted support and they told me in the most professional way it’s user error and that’s it. Swivel feature also isn’t great. Highly recommend looking into other options.

Good for the price fast shipping
It is a good machine, but you would have to have a lot of space for it and I did not. I sent it back. They did a awesome help on sending it back and I did get there clam design from the same company.
