I needed the lighter color to repair a really cool hanging chair. They sent the dark color. Now I'm going to have to take it to an official UPS store which is none nearby. I don't have the time to drive and do it. What an inconvenience! Other than that it looks to be decent quality.

Product was darker than pictured online and had a rubber feeling. Returned.

sorry that I can't give more stars cuz even though it shipped a month after I'd bought and paid for it, my ball of fake rattan is nowhere to be found in the system. they give an odd-looking tracking number but the name of their shipper isn't even listed in their contacts, so no clue who's got it or where. we believe it could've worked well for repairing some of the natural rattan lashed around natural wood furniture in our warm and humid climate in the Yucatan but this stuff may never make the trip down with us. all things considered if you really need something like this, just continue your search elsewhere, you'll grow old waiting, and waiting, and finally contacting Amazon for a refund - next on my to-do list. perfect color match too, oh well....
