Not only a workout supplement!
I actually don’t work out, which is funny because most people use creatine for the gym. I kept seeing it pop up while reading about supplements, especially more recently about how it may help with focus and mental clarity, so I decided to try it. I have ADHD and used to be on prescription medication, but I stopped and have been trying more natural options instead. I’ve honestly tried a lot of supplements, and most of them didn’t do much for me. So far, creatine (along with saffron) has been one of the few things I’ve noticed a difference with. This one is easy to take, mixes well, and doesn’t upset my stomach. No weird taste or texture which I appreciate. I have been using it consistently and it just feels like a solid addition to my routine and also helps me with energy because I used to drink a lot of coffee but realized it's been drying out my skin too much and creatine doesn't dry it out and it’s actually good for the skin! I'm super happy with the quality and will keep using it. If you’re someone who’s curious about creatine beyond just workouts, this is a good one to try.

Birdman products are the best
I would prefer this one to a cheap creatine. This one would not bloat my stomach. It’s tasteless, and so easy to digest. It’s worth the money. And gives upper fast results you just have to stay consistent. It dissolves pretty quickly so make sure to drink it fast. I haven’t had any side effects.

Good creatine, mixes with no taste.
Been using this for about 2 weeks after my workouts. It's unflavored like it says, no taste at all. It dissolves in water pretty fast if you stir well, no big clumps. The scoop is small and a bit hard to find inside the powder at first. For 80 servings the price is good.

No taste, dissolves instantly, pure creatine
It's a fluffy white powder with no flavor that dissolves instantly. Sometimes I just dump the scoop of creatine into my mouth and take a swig of tap water and swish it around and swallow it because it saves a few steps. It's that easy to take. This will mix with anything. I'm down to the last 20% of the creatine powder and it hasn't started clumping up yet, which is surprising in our humid environment. This is good stuff. I would buy it again.
