I have eaten this cheesecake frozen and thawed and it is exquisite. Well worth the money, for sure. It’s extremely rich, but the slices are small, so it evens out. Excellent purchase

5 star hotel quality product! Pre sliced with parchment paper. Soft and firm at the same time with a true truffel texture. The pre cut slices are perfect we froze half for later.
