Smart Fan for Bedroom, 110ft Pedestal Fan with DC Motor

Absolutely the best fan I have ever purchased. It is so quiet but yet so powerful even at its lowest speed. It's also so quiet; it does not interfere with watching TV. It's not tall but can be adjusted if you want it a little taller. It only has 3 blades but really does the job of cooling your room down. You can control it from your Smart Phone (Iphone) or with the remote that comes with the fan. A little pricy, but worth every penny.

Amazing air circulator, amazing customer service and warranty. Whether you use on device controls or the remote or the app, this pedestal fan will do what you need it to do!! The push of air on turbo saves me on these hot days as I try to cool my apartment then it helps maintain the cool air circulation. The wide oscillation both vertical and horizontal on this device is vast and exceptional. All the while it maintains a hush of white noise, and while the airflow is strong it’s also soft and comfortable. I recommend it to anyone but especially those with who desire less of the turbo engine noise and whirlwind tornado effect of the other powerful fan brands out there. It’s easy to set up and I can move it as needed because I also use it in the winter to circulate heat. I had an issue with the plug going out after having had it over a year, the company normally would sent out a replacement but it was back ordered so they provided me with the funds to buy the adapter wherever I wanted to; the entire conversation with the company took place on their app but they can also email you and they are very friendly and knowledgeable. Also Alexa works really well with all of the Dreo smart fans I have. You can even rename the fan and assign it to a room, so in this case of this fan I tell Alexa to put the kitchen fan on turbo or rotate the kitchen fan head 5 degrees to the right or set the kitchen fan to oscillate vertically at a 45 degrees. Alexa can even turn on or off the panel sound on the fans at your command. May sound silly to someone who has a lot of smart home experience but these fans were my introduction to smart devices and I’m impressed at how seamlessly they work. Sometimes they need to be reset which is easy or sometimes there’s is greater WiFi issue going on but the troubleshooting is all laid out for you and the company can also talk you through problems. I’m a big fan of Dreo ;)

Great when you need to be able to control/see temp from somewhere else. I got this for my Mom as she was in the nursing home and I wanted to be able to turn the fan on for her from home when she seemed restless or too warm on the camera. This works PERFECTLY!! I can see what the temp is in her room, control the speed and direction. This has been priceless for helping to keep her comfortable when I can’t be there in person! It is very quiet, the app is self explanatory and easy to use, the remote is a great tool when just across the room and this fan will DEFINITELY keep the cool air circulating in the summer or help push the warm air to other rooms in the winter! It has a very small footprint compared to other pedestal fans and it extremely easy to take apart and clean!

This fan is really nice, the app works well, and offers a tremendous amount of customization options. Frankly, I wasn't a huge fan of the hand-held remote, but the app more than makes up for it! The fan is quiet and moves a lot of air comfortably. I honestly wish it was a little bit louder because I like the consistent hum of a fan. Even on level 9 it's still very quiet, but I don't run it on 9 it moves too much air for my comfort at that speed. My only mild criticism would be the programming for side to side oscillation. You can only program it for a certain number of degrees from center on either side. It would be nice if you could program it to run more on one side than the other, the same way you can with the vertical oscillation. I also wish they offered this in a 16" or even 18" diameter fan which would be a much more appropriate size for moving larger volumes of air for when I'm on my deck in the summer. Overall this fan is excellent though.

This DREO model is the best fan I’ve ever owned. In the past, I’ve bought fans sold at WalMart, Target, etc. They’re all mostly the same—3 speeds, fairly noisy esp. at higher speeds (from both the fan itself and the metal ‘cage’), and no real ‘low’ speed. This DREO fan improves on every aspect of these cheaper fans, making a near-perfect pedestal fan. First, the DREO has nine speeds, from 1 (very low, but still very usable) to 9 (very high; this level moves some serious air). You can get a gentle breeze or a powerful wind or almost any degree inbetween. Second, this fan is extremely quiet. Unlike previous fans I’ve owned, the fan shroud (or ‘cage’) on the DREO is fully assembled along with the fan blades, so there’s no rattling from misaligned cage clips or imbalances in the blades or cage. At Level 1 (lowest fan speed), you might not hear it at all unless the room is particularly quiet. I’ve never seen any fan deliver so much air with so little noise. It’s not silent but it’s impressively quiet compared with every other fan I’ve owned. Third, it’s crazy how much air this fan can move. It looks small and I was concerned about its ability to move air without a lot of noise. I set the fan up and placed it exactly where I had my old fan (right at the end of my bed). The DREO performed so well, I was able to move it back against the opposite wall (about 10 ft. away from the end of the bed). It still works great, even on the lowest fan speed. Finally, a few odds and ends—the fan remote is very nice. It’s well laid out and easy to use. Assembly is very easy (mainly, you just have to attach the base to the fan/pole). The ‘quality’ of the air movement is something I’ve really noticed. I can’t quite describe it but at low speeds, it feels like a pleasant breeze and at higher speeds, there’s a lot of air moving but it doesn’t feel like you’re sitting in front of a fan. The DREO fan just ‘feels’ better than any fan I’ve owned previously. The only ‘con’ I can think of is price. It is an expensive fan but not crazy expensive and, having used it for a couple days now, I think it’s worth every penny. I’m really pleased with this fan.

I really like the fan. Easy to assemble, moves a lot of air. The 4 way oscillation is a great feature. Overall, it's very quiet. However, the main arbor is loose. I took the grill off and the propeller out, which is a great feature for cleaning. I was looking for why it squeaks and rattles during oscillation. At first I thought the arbor was loose, but it turns out the three screws which hold the motor in the housing were 1/8 to 1/4 turn loose. Once those were tightened the problem went away. I hope this helps someone with a similar problem. Unfortunately, I have to rate at 4 stars due to having to figure this out and fix it. Fortunately, as the grill and propeller are designed to be removed, it was accessible with the largest phillips bit in my precision driver kit. A normal phillips may not fit the slot in the plastic.

The Dreo Pedestal Fan is very attractive in the gold and black color and is by far one of the best fans that I have bought. It swivels and goes both vertically and horizontal. It has 9 speeds and had great options. On the lower speeds it is very quiet and it could be used with the remote or the app. The bade is weighty so there is no wobbling and it is not plastic. It's a great fan.

Although I haven't use the remote yet, but I feel the Smartphone App is more convenient or useful, since it is always with me. It feels like it has more options and more settings than just what the remote control has. For instance, I could not find the option to turn on Turbo on the remote control itself. I found it on the app for that option. It is a bit heavy to life and carry if you are taking it to another different location, I would grab it by the neck before the top part where it oscillate. I don't recommend to carry or pull the part where it oscillate or that handle look a like behind the fan. I feel it is not durable and can break apart later if it is constantly being carry. The Base is the heavy part, but I believe that is a reason why for the fan to stay stationary and support the fan as it oscillate. The size is great I think, others may say it is small, but it can blow. Looks premium and not cheap, it blows pretty fast and functions well. I like that you can register for a 1 year warranty. This is not the first Dreo product I bought from them. The placement for the power cord is reasonable, others may prefer it was connected at the bottom of the base. I think the cable is detachable which is great I think for storage. It is also Child touch Proof, for those who have curious kids who like to touch electronics. Overall, I would recommend for people who is looking for power, value, durability, smart appliances, something that turn its head up and down, side to side, this also have sleep mode. Will it keep your home cool, yes and no, if the day or room temperature is relatively cool and not humid, it will blow or circulate those temperature around the room. But if it humid, it will keep it cool if you feel the air blowing towards. It is not an A/C, but it will keep you cool. I would recommend waiting for a Sale, I plan to get another dreo fan just for its functionality. Update: 9/3/26. It has been many months now that i own the Dreo Smart fan. It has done its job and still function. As of now I notice the speed power has gone down meaning the torque or the blow speed at turbo or level 9 is not all there. When I put it at 6, you can feel the fan blades start to rotate fast but when you go to lvl 9 or on turbo the speed or power is doesnt change. I feel like the torque sensor or so has lost power. Almost like it is not performing at its best. The fan still does it job. It still oscillating up and down and left to right.

Good quality air flow is very cooling
