I like the overall fit and the fact that I can button my suit jacket again. My problem is with the inserts around the belly, they are itchy like no other! I turned it inside out to keep the stitches from scratching me all day. When it’s inside out the business hole doesn’t sit properly and I find my self ballroom dancing to get my personals in position. A bigger ballroom would be nice, you know, to keep your dancer from sitting in the corner.

I am 5'8", 205lbs. I wear a 34 inch waist. I recently lost a lot of weight and have a saggy gut that measures about 42 inches. I bought this item to wear under formal wear. It definitely slims and supports my gut. It is comfortable and not too binding. I am able to use the fly to urinate. The metal stays are comfortable and the high waist band stays in place. No complaints. Very happy.

The compression works fine but I wish it didn't have a fly because for me I am thin in the hips compared to my waist that when I wear these I ended up with the fly sitting on my belly button and not my crotch so they work well enough but I wish they wouldn't put a fly in the underwear it is more of an issue than a help

As of now, it fits and hides the tummy bulge. I tuck my shirt while going to the office. Used to feel little bit shy in tuck. Bit with this under wear I don't need too feel shy. It also made my tuck better and looking dapper too. I will update my review abt shape change after wearing few more days. But for now I'm happy.

It accomplishes the goal when you need to look a little more in shape than what you really are. For guys, there is no opening to pee. So, the entire thing has to come down and pulled up, retuck shirt, etc. Essentially have to get naked and get dressed each time you go to the restroom. The fit in the crotch area is way too tight and flattens and smashes your crotch area as well.

I’m very disappointed with this product. I tried using it at different heights, but it caused significant discomfort and pain in my testicles each time. That does not seem safe or healthy, especially from a reproductive health perspective. I only used it twice before deciding to throw it away. Not worth the money, and I would not recommend it.
