I love this tea! Helps a lot to relieve discomfort after eating. It is a part of a set of digestive supplements that I take everyday so I am not using it alone plus combine it with healthy foods, good sleep, and exercise. For context, I have dyspepsia, had H. pylori infection a few years ago, and lactose intolerant. The tea is of good quality. I use one teaspoon and it makes a thick mixture with hot water. Tastes and smells ok. It is pricey but works way better than capsules, which I have also tried.

I had a cold and laryngitis and my throat was so irritated it couldn’t heal. My mom got me onto this tea, and after the first 2 sips my throat felt immediate relief! Genuinely feel like it’s a miracle. After 2 days sipping it, I got my voice back because my throat was soothed and relaxed. Day 6 drinking it and As an unexpected positive side effect it’s been making me feel full so I’ve been snacking less, and it has a ton of fibre so it’s keeping me regular. Why aren’t more people talking about how good this is?!

Does the job that it is supposed to do in the book but it does taste horrible.

We're repeat customers of this Slipper Elm Bark brand. Works well, tastes good. We use this primarily if someone in the family has a stomach bug and cannot keep food down, and for taking during diverticulitis. I do recommend stirring between each sip, otherwise the nutritious powder settles to the bottom of the glass, since it's not water soluble. We love this Slipper Elm Bark so much, we even buy it as gifts for friends.
