do the wings open up?

Just ordered this wonderful pigeon and the wings open up!

Is this the same pigeon from mike tyson's mystery show

This is a stuffed toy that looks like a standard pigeon that you would see outside. It is full size like the real thing.

The wings on my model are glued shut with super glue. Is this supposed to be the case?

After contacting Puma's Plush Toys, they advised that the wings are glued to the body in the current version. (The wings open up in the previous version sold in 2016 and earlier)
