Durable Product; Great Customer Service!
**15JUN18 Update** After seeing some of the questions, I had to put some pictures in. STILL love this - the kids don't argue over the TV anymore, now they argue over who gets the swing first!*PRO-TIP - put the attachments on BEFORE you hang the line... it makes adjustments MUCH easier.---------------------------------------------------------Great product! Very durable material - this was designed to take heavy play (and abuse) from kids! Ensure you install it correctly for best results (the instructions are easy to understand and include pictures). On a side note, Liv & Jane Co. get FIVE STARS for customer service. We had a question about the product and they went out of their way to help. They proved that customer service and product quality are priorities for their company! Liv & Jane Co. Good quality, hard for kids to use.
4 Stars so far. Good quality. Easy to install around almost any size tree. However I would say it’s limited in the age range it works for. I had to install it 9 feet up so my 12 year old could use it, and even then his toes are about 1 inch from the ground. On the other hand, it’s too high/hard for my 5 year old. It’s perfect for my 8 year old though. It is really hard, my kids can’t do it yet, and they crush the monkey bars at the local parks. I might move the obstacles into my basement attached to the basement ceiling studs to help the kids build up grip strength and arm strength. My boys are athletic and active, but using this was too much of a challenge.I’d recommend buying a rope ladder so they can climb up/get started on their own

Very fun and nicely made training line
My kids have had a lot of fun trying this. It is more difficult than they thought it would be but they keep working at it. Even after making it very tight it still dips and bounces with a child on it so that adds to the challenge of moving along the line.My one complaint is that the bolt on the ratchet was very loose when my wife first hooked it up it probably would have come apart in not much time had I not noticed it and tightened it.Once you understand how it works it is a pretty quick set up and take down so it is nice and portable. We plan on adding additional obstacles as there are additional loops to add to and make it longer.

Not the best quality - go with Slackerz!
I really wanted to be able to give this product 5 stars but sadly it falls short. I purchased a Ninja Slackerz Brand line a few months back and it is FANTASTIC! I thought I would try this brand instead as a gift (because it included a couple of extra obstacles and the tree wraps) and looked similar to me from the pictures. First of all the tree wraps are just thick pieces of felt with no way to attach them, not like the ones that can be velcroed. Didn't care much about that, however the obstacles themselves are not of the same quality, of the Slackerz brand either - the wood is thinner and shorter, the balls are smaller, rope is thinner, etc. The worst part however is the quality of the most important part which is the ratchet. The slackerz ratchet is much larger and more heavy duty and comes with a wrapped rubber handle. This ratchet is smaller and not padded. It makes installation harder as well. You must be able to pull the guide rope much tighter before you even begin ratcheting, or the rolled part of the guideline becomes too big and will not tighten enough. It has only been installed three days and one of the nuts fell off the end of the screw that attaches the handle to the ratchet. It was easy enough to put back on, but still not something that should have happened. Bottom line - Unless you only have small kids using this line, go with the Slackerz brand line a few extra bucks when it comes to quality and peace of mind!

Problem with rope sagging
I like the concept of having a really fun outdoor activity for my grandchildren but this product is a poor execution. We have tried tieing the rope between several pairs of trees in our backyard, hoping for a better outcome, but the problem persists. We are unable to keep the rope taut with the result being that it sags so much in the middle that the user is touching the ground. This takes the fun out of the obstacle course.

Our boys love it
Set up was easy. Everything is high quality. We have 7 and 4 year old boys -- they are both really into parkour and they really like creating ninja courses in the backyard and this has provided new challenges.

Don’t waste your money, not as fun as it seems
It’s a good idea but is pretty impractical for kids (and even adults). The handles are painful and therefore, impossible to hold. It’s been in our backyard for three months and has literally been played with once, the first day we put it out. Sadly my return window has passed or I would be sending this back.

Best summer purchase!
My 7 year old loves this line and uses it several times a day. He hasn't been able to complete the course yet, but he has enjoyed the challenge of making it further and further each day. We also hooked a rope/playground ladder to help him get to the obstacles himself and that has been very helpful.
