Excellent product. I've been taking it prophylactically for the past 7 months to prevent atherosclerosis and heart disease and all the studies show this product does a great job of it. Look up the Chinese natokinase study and you'll see what I mean. I think this product recently has gotten a lot of attention due to the studies showing its effectiveness. I noticed the price went up a little bit but hey can you really put a price on your cardiovascular health? It's cheap compared to the pharmaceuticals and the sequela of not taking care of your health prophylactically

Been researching how I can start taking care of my heart after finding out I have plaque in my arteries. The doctor wanted me to go on a statin which I am trying to avoid due to the negative side effects they cause over time. This product contains fermented soy beans. In China they include this in their diets and have one of the lowest heart disease in the world due to the fact they regularly eat fermented soy beans. So I thought I would try this to see if it has any effect in “cleaning out” my arteries. So please know I’m not a doctor but only someone who is using his heart situation as a testing situation on my behalf. I had my blood checked as well as many types of scans to see inside my heart and arteries which what exposed my heart disease. I also have high blood pressure (225) and after using this product (8 tablets 16,000 FUs) As well as supplementing nattokinase with serrapeptase 120,000 SPUs (these together are powerful and work to clean your arteries. Do your research and find out on your own. All I can say is my numbers came back with amazing results with my doctor asking what I’m taking! My cholesterol also dropped 50 points (I did change my diet by reducing sugar and started eating More Eggs in my diet) this isn’t a magic pill trust me it’s a building block to go with your life style change. It aids in cleaning and maintaining healthy arteries and circulation.

Helps in cleaning plaque in blood flow. I'm 86, still riding, training horses. My BP averages 112/68, heart and cholesterol excellent. Go to the gym 3-4 x's week. Reading 10-20 hrs. weekly. Yes I do take other nutrients, but di attribute much to Nattokinase. But, please consult a really good nutritional M.D. before using, particularly if your over 35 or so.

Just ordered my second jar. No issues with dosage, Drs visit findings were better.

Easy to take, good value

This supplement has helped so much with my varicose veins. My veins always get bad during pregnancy and worse towards the last stretch. This time I took these very faithfully and my veins improved dramatically and were no longer painful! If you tend to have blood clots or varicose veins, I would highly recommend this product!

This is a very affordable source of nattokinase. Very happy with this product. 100% could feel the change in my body and saw immediate results. Note that the 2022 study 'Effective management of atherosclerosis progress and hyperlipidemia with nattokinase' (PMID: 36072877) showed best results using a high dosage of 10,800 FU, where 3,600 FU showed little change. Sounds crazy to me after seeing good effect at 4,000 FU for blood flow in general, but wanted to make people aware that may be looking to reduce inflammation and plaque reduction. Search "How I Use Nattokinase to Unclog Arteries" on Youtube for a video by Ford Brewer MD MPH that covers the study if interested.

This is helpful for the spike protein. I am also using it to lower my cholesterol. I take it three to four times a day in order to get to the minimum requirement of 10,500 fu. Can be hard on the stomach I do take it on an empty stomach most of the time to get the most effect out of it. It contains turmeric which is unnecessary for what I needed it for.

I've tried several nattokinase supplements, and even dosing 8 capsules with this brand I did not feel the usual effects. My emails asking for 3rd party lab reports, as claimed, were not responded to.
