Lenny & Larry's FITZELS Protein Pretzels Everything Bagel, 20g Protein

The holy grail of yum!!!! I'm so glad that I found these protein pretzels. They taste amazing! You get the crunch and the salt taste that you are craving, but with extra protein as a healthy side! I've tried three different varieties of Fitzels, and all three are super good. The only thing I wish is that they would come up with a lower sodium version. The everything bagel Fitzels have over 1,000 mg of sodium for the bag-I think it's even like 1,400 mg (off the top of my head). That's a lot of sodium to intake in one day just from a snack, if you eat the whole bag. There are a lot in the bag, so it can be split in two, but they are so good that I find myself craving them later! The protein in the pretzels, combined with the serving size can really fill you up. They come in individual size bags, so it's convenient to just throw them in your backpack or purse for the day. They are more expensive than a bag of regular pretzels, but I look at them as a healthier version of a snack that I'm willing to pay more money for. These are my favorite snack item!

I am at heart a snacker. I crave salty,crunchy, flavorful snacks. That doesn't necessarily align with my weight loss journey. Trying to get a good amount of protein without going over calories, is difficult. Normally, snacks that are labeled as protein snacks have a very overpowering fake protein taste. Thankfully, that is not the case with lenny and larry's protein pretzels. They are crunchy and flavorful. They absolutely satisfy my snack cravings and do not destroy my meal plan. I eat them with dips, alone, I will crumble them up and use them as a breading on chicken. I cannot recommend these highly enough.

This is a great snack when you want a little something. They are dense, and a little dry, but they taste good, have a satisfying crunch, and I only need to eat a few at a time before I am good to go. The Everything flavor was incredibly salty (duh, right?!) but the cinnamon and sugar pretzels were fantastic. Great to have by the TV.

I was really excited to try these Everything Bagel FITZELS—high protein, plant-based, and a savory snack? Sounds perfect. And to be fair, they are pretty tasty and have a nice crunch. Definitely a unique snack option if you're looking for something with a protein boost. That said, I found them way too salty, and I'm usually not very sensitive to salt. It kind of overpowered the flavor, which was disappointing because the seasoning itself is good. I ended up having to eat them in small amounts or mix them with something else to balance it out. Overall, not bad, but I probably wouldn’t grab them again unless they toned down the salt. Worth a try if you love strong flavors and don't mind the sodium hit.

I am so impressed by these! I first tried them at an airport when I was looking for a snack before a flight, and ended up getting this box. This will definitely be part of my regular rotation. They taste awesome, are just the right amount for a snack, and a good amount of protein!

Too addicting! Extremely tasty, can't put them down. Pricy though.

They are awful. Before you buy them, grab a small bag from the grocery store first. I really wanted to like them, but I just couldn’t do it.

I've ordered these twice and have loved them. I love how flavorful they are. You might need a breath mint if eating these on the go because the flavor is very intense and can leave a lingering garlicy taste in your mouth (I love how prominent the flavor is). They are snappy in their texture and really are one of my favorite snacks plus with all the protein, I don't feel like I'm wasting calories ;).

I didn’t expect to love these as much as I do! Lenny & Larry’s Everything Bagel FITZELS are super crunchy, perfectly seasoned, and honestly addictive. They’ve got that classic everything bagel flavor (hello garlic + sesame!) in a fun, poppable snack form. Bonus? They’re packed with protein, which makes them the perfect guilt-free snack when you’re on the go or just need something satisfying between meals. Savory snacks that are actually good for you? Yes please.

taste like an overly seasoned pretzel. i dont mind it too much. if you don't like salty foods, definitely avoid this flavor.

$35 and it expires in less than a week? Disgusting customer service and the fact that you cannot return or get a refund? That sucks since it’s not a cheap product to begin with. They should be required to reduce the price or express expiry on the product so people are aware what they’re purchasing. Be warned. You’re not getting a decent product here. Buy in store.

i really like the pretzel part, i wish they had pretzels that didn’t have the flavouring, just a sea salt version. the flavour is too salty, and also too strong. i got the everything bagel one, and the flavours lasted in my mouth for hours after. even brushing my teeth and mouthwash couldn’t get rid of it. i am still giving them 3 stars because the value for money is great, the bags are surprisingly a good size. and if the saltiness and flavour was toned down a bit these would be great!!!
