ZIDOO H6 PRO Android 7.0 TV BOX Allwinner H6 Quad-core DDR4 2BG+16GB eMMC 802.11AC WIFI Bluetooth

23 Android TV boxes have been tested by me over the past 3 years ... from those containing S905 CPU and running Android 4 to those running Allwinner H6 CPU with Android 7.1 operating systems. I also tested Nvidia and Amazon Fire TV Ultras.FASTEST STARTUP and BEST PICTURE QUALITY goes to this Zidoo H6 Pro.Unfortunately, this Zidoo has some issues that made me return one for a refund: The attractive white Bluetooth Remote Control doesn't link to the TV box! I tried it with 2 different units and 2 different remotes, same results. I also dislike the teeny weeny LED indicators on the TV box and unit (VERY hard to see unless you are in total darkness). The interface is nice but impossible to properly size on any 1080p TV.Despite these shortcomings, I'm currently using 1 of these boxes as my main source for watching shows via CBS All Access, Terrarium and Kodi. No other TV box I've tested has delivered better resolution, color & detail on TVs ranging from a 24" 720p to 55" 1080p 4K TVs. I run this box by having programmed a Harmony One remote with the codes available from the free Logitech app. It also works with with IR keyboard or mouse by using the USB ports for the transmitters. Streaming 2 hours movies in HD via my 60Mbps internet service is flawless (zero buffering despite only 2GB RAM and 16GB ROM). I use the Ethernet but the 5Ghz WiFi works almost as well.BOTTOM LINE: Until one of the China factories offers a TV box with a new CPU that runs better than the Allwinner H6, I believe this is the BEST Android TV box you can currently buy at ANY price, provided you can ignore the aforementioned flaws. If the remote worked and the interface main screen could be resized properly, I'd have given this device 5 stars.UPDATE: I signed up for Trial Membership of the HULU Beta with LIVE TV stations and installed latest Android app on Zidoo H6 Pro. Picture quality thru the Zidoo H6 Pro TV Box on my 55" Samsung 4K TV is BETTER than any picture I've ever seen on my 1 year old TV!

Lovely box if you cannot afford a shield then this is good to go . No issues but the 16g storage and not 32g . The home screen is very beautiful . The box is very smooth and runs fast no lags no issues at all . Even when I do eventually get a shield I will be keeping this box .

It's OK, but not more than that. The internet works slow even though I have a fast connection. Had to send it back.

My recently purchased Zidoo remote just stopped working. Fresh batteries, no activity.

Works as advertised. Great little TV box. Solid quality build that should last a long time. Maybe not the best of the best specs, but it is quality built!
