What's the best way to make iced tea with these?

Brew like regular hot tea, wait until it cools then pour over ice.

Metabolic, meaning boosts your metabolism?

Dear Citizen, Thank you for your interest in The Republic of Tea. Our Mango Ceylon "Metabolic Frolic" tea is a black tea from the Ceylon Estate with caffeine. The tea will not increase your metabolism. Be Well, Amanda Minister of Citizen Services

The picture with the 250 bags package shows that this tea is decaf. However, the item description doesn't say so. Which one is it?

Amazon offers three different brown bag versions of Republic Mango Ceylon, 250 decaf for $49, 250 regular for $46, and bag of loose tea. I purchased the regular ($46) and received same. I did not want decaf.
