It worked!
My husband tried to poison a mouse instead of using a trap and my 1-year old, 6 lb. cat, Peepins, ate about 1/4 of a bar of mouse poison with Diphacinone by Tomcat. It took forever for it to be delivered (2 days- I would have gladly paid for overnight delivery!) She ate the poison on Saturday night. We called the emergency vet line and paid $85 for them to tell us to try this in 25mg (one pill) form. We ordered it late Saturday night and had to wait until Monday evening at like 8pm for delivery to give her first dose. She seemed tired, but nothing else abnormal. I worried we'd have to crush it, but I put the pill under Temptations squeeze up puree and she ate it up. We continued with one-per-day and are supposed to do it for 3 weeks. It's day 11 and she's fine! She was lethargic for about 4 days after we started, but she's back to herself now. She actually doesn't mind the pill because she loves that Temptations puree stuff. I am so thankful for this stuff! Every pet owner should have it on hand just in case. I never thought something like this could happen, but my Peeps is still with me, so I'm thankful.

Has saved 3 six month old pit bulls
If your dog ever gets into any type of antifreeze this is a must to give immediately until you can go to a veterinarian. A must to have on hand if you have dogs and any type of machinery around

SOS
This vitamin should be named Vitamin K9 , just saying . My vet prescribed vitamin K1 (2.5 mg to 5 mg per kg of weight for 21 days for my dog every 8-12 hrs) He had ingested rat poison and was treated almost 24 hrs later . He’s been with these vitamins for almost a week and the dog seems fine . Thanks for making them available to us .

Safety
For anyone who keeps some kind of mouse poison that is designed to thin the blood this is very important to keep in the house for your pets. Personally even though I kept mine in a locked ammo container somehow they still found a way into it. No matter how well we plan things can still go wrong so it's best to prepare for alternatives.

Easy to have on hand
We thought our dog may have eaten something poisonous so we heard this is what the vets give, only with an injection. All the precautions say go to your vet first. We were really torn. We love our dog. But we really didn't know if he got something or not and the Vets are always so expensive. My dog knew I put it in his food, but decided to eat it. I broke it into 4 pieces. Turns out he was fine. Just gives me peace of mind knowing I have something to give him while we wait to see a vet if anything happens again.

Not what I was actually looking for... But
The label said "Beef" flavor" and I have no doubt that this is true. It's a very large table and My Pet is not interested in it at all, not saying your pet would do the same. I have put it on the counter and crushed them up using a Pyrex pie plate, making it a power and then adding to her food, This is the only successful way I've found to get it in her without a battle. The product is probably good in all respects. I have nothing to go on but the information at hand. I believe It did do what I bought it for, to enhance her vitamin K count. To help protect her from stuff she might get in to and other things that end up in my yard.
