Ecstatically happy!
I have been attempting to cook more Spanish recipes but my generic paprika is so bland and flavourless I thought I was doing something wrong. A quick search for real Spanish paprika changed everything. The food takes on a rich warmth , and deep red colour making a meal more flavourful and enticing. Great pair to have handy in pantry. They both are just what they say on the cans. We use the hot one for jambalaya and such things, and the mild one for potato salad, soups, etc. Happy to have dicovered this brand!
