Cape Coat Women Hooded Poncho Cloak Vintage Plus Size Outwear Winter

Love this cape coat for traveling. Makes layering at the gate and on the plane very easy and stylish.

I absolutely and completely love capes and I want them to come back into style desperately. So instead of waiting for that to happen I decided to buy a shorter one to wear on a day to day basis. I went back and forth between a couple and decided I would try this one. I am so so very pleased. The outer material is a soft green wool and it is lined with a matching green satin. It has 3 large loops that hook over a piece so close in the front. There is also a snap up by the neck to secure it even more. The hood is HUGE on this and is lined with the satin as well so that makes it slippery on my hair. I feel I may add a comb in the front top so that I can hook it into my hair if I wish the hood up. There are draw strings on it so you can tighten the hood closer to your head. The hood does pull back a bit on the cape but it doesn't bother me. I just pull it back forward. There are also arm holes in this so you can put your arms through. The arms are really not meant to go all the way through but to give you access to things without having to open up the cape and let the air in. I feel I could drive with my arms through those slits and be perfectly fine. I love this cape and I am looking forward to more cold weather to really try it out and see how warm it is going to be. But just by the look of it and the feel I love love love it.

I am very surprised, this cloak is very beautiful and well made. This will last me a very long time. I read reviews that the good is heavy , which it does pull slightly but not anything to be bothered by. It doesn’t pull on my neck or choke me at all. I actually wish the hood was bigger in all honesty. I purchased a medium and I am 5’6” and 130 lbs. I wish I had purchased a small because the holes for my arms are a bit too low but still am very happy with my purchase regardless.

I am very impressed with this cape. I wanted something to wear over my work clothes when I travel up north. This is perfect-warm, stylish, well-made, and heavy. It would not work if you aren’t wearing something bulky underneath. I ordered a Medium. It has a fully attached lining which could make it a bit slippery. The hood is heavy but there is a sturdy snap at the next. If I’m wearing a sweater underneath, it fits better. It’s not meant for mild weather!! Overall, I’m very impressed!

Loved it ❤️ Thinner than I thought but I’m always hot so it’s perfect 👌 The fur is soft and the poncho is very roomy ! Happy I chose black to go with everything !
