It fun and easy to use and I can feel Waist Twisting Dis is working. I like to use it when I get home from work for about ten minutes every day but the disadvantage is that my feet start hurting after a while which is not what I expected. Feels a little flimsy as well.

Not very comfortable
I’ve given up using this because it’s not very comfortable and hurts my feet. You can’t use it with bare feet as the metal links at the side dig into your feet as you spin. Also, I’m a bit flat footed so the raised foot part also starts to hurt me. Others may be fine with it but it’s not for me.Fairly sturdy bit of kit though, just not fun for me.
