Works great for coloring white chocolate, or the faux chocolate candy melts! Did not cause any seizing or texture changes, and didn’t mess with the ability of the chocolate to “set” and harden again with the additive. I don’t plan on using it for non-chocolate stuff, since I use gel coloring for my buttercreams, but this is exactly what I needed for tinting some shades of blue! Little bottle, but a small amount goes a long way so this should last a little bit!

Great color for many occasions; birthday, baby showers, Easter and more. I love this color!!!! I don't really taste anything different. It lessens the color depending on how you mix it but It held up well when we used it.

Works well with white chocolate, but it took quite a bit of color to get a deeper orange. In my photo from left to right, each chocolate there took 1, 3, 8, 12 and 15 drops of coloring per chocolate to get to the color that it's showing. That's just the outer shell of the chocolate, the interior of the chocolate was not colored- although do keep in mind the shell here was likely several times thicker than it really needed to be, so if done more carefully it will stretch a lot farther than the experiment here.That said it plays very nicely with the chocolate and seems to be stable over some time I left it sitting so it's not causing bloom or any other issues with the chocolate. The quality seems great, it's just slightly on the weak side as far as coloring goes.

This is the perfect green for a jungle themed cake I made. It was also fantastic making grass for my practice Easter cake. Easy to mix in, doesn't change the consistency, and doesn't change the flavor.

I have tried several gel, liquid based food coloring but they're not for chocolate, so I was excited to try this oil based food coloring for the first time. The package came in pretty simple. A tiny palm sized bottle was perfectly sealed with an aluminum sticker. The color is as vibrant as my favorite liquid based gel. It mixed well, brighten up and coloring up for the chocolate for a great transformation. The lid closes pretty good, so I'm relieved I wouldn't find it causing a huge mess in my pantry like I had before. So far, the product itself is great, but as I searched other pages, there are a lot of similar products(oil based) food coloring out there with much cheaper price with possible color variety.

Awesome "water" color. Mixes well. Like the size and easy to use. Comes well sealed. 5/5 would recommend.
