Tastes disgusting but I sleep like a baby!!!!
Tastes disgusting but I don’t care cos it really helps me sleep! I find it a lot more effective than the tablets, and though I need to take the max dose (20ml) for it to be effective, I get a great nights sleep! Only reason I didn’t gove 5 stars is that it gets less effective over time so I take a week off and use melatonin every so often so it works again when I come back to it....
