Pressure is good, everything is fine but not received foam gun connector with machine

hi friends i buy this product on 11 cot 2022 but i unbox it on 6 nov 2022 just becouse of busy schedule ,lets talk about productpoint 1 - over all product is good worth for money definetly ,point 2 - all upper body of muchine is made of plastic or fyber wataver it is , ( i get moter cover damaged but it's ok this bcs this will not effect on machine peformance , but is you guys order it please make one unboxing vid bcs its heavy product any part can be damage ,point 3 - please let me know if still i get replace of this machine

This machine is clamed to be 100% copper that is good. And i had tasted for 30+ min continuous for just 10seconds of break,even than it doesn't got much hot and not even a single autocut is used. Best and high pressure. You can use for any purpose even to clean hard and lichens on wall. Pressure is great with hydrolic pipe and suction pipe is also hard. Loved it.Thank you KORTEX👍

1. Pressure gauge on the unit shows 18 MPa (180 Bar). So the nozzle output could be 130 Bar as mentioned.2. I tried to register my Guarantee Card after filling & by uoloading to the site. But my Antivirus program do not allow accessing the company website saying that the site is unsafe.3. I tried sending a message to the email address but it was returned as undeliverable.4. I tried calling all the numbers given in the manual, some are switched off and other number is only ringing but not response5. I don't see how we can get the services as the manual says oil should changed after the initial 20 Hours6. Presently satisfactory operation. Will come back with review after running it for a few hours.

Value for money

The quality is not to the mark. I used similar products which was imported from China. When compared both my previous product is quite better than this product.
